隋國慶科普創(chuàng)作研究

【摘要】:2002年,《中華人民共和國科學技術普及法》(以下簡稱科普法)頒布使我國成為世界上唯一擁有科普法的國家。該法從法律層面將科學普及提升到一個前所未有的高度。科普法明確了科學普及的內容:普及科學知識、提倡科學方法、弘揚科學精神、傳播科學思想。然而目前我國公民的科學文化素養(yǎng)水平與國家實現(xiàn)四個現(xiàn)代化、建設創(chuàng)新型國家的目標還有明顯差距。這種反差使得加強公民科學文化素養(yǎng)成為今后國家發(fā)展的題中之意。 科普作品是大眾科學普及的基本形式之一。湖南省著名科普作家(國家一級作家)隋國慶是我國科普創(chuàng)作隊伍中一位杰出代表人物,他先后作為人民教師、政府官員,三十年孜孜不倦投身到科普事業(yè),創(chuàng)作了一批優(yōu)秀的科普作品,被媒體譽為“著作等身的科普作家”。 隋國慶科普創(chuàng)作選題現(xiàn)了涉獵范圍廣泛、種類多樣化的特點;科普創(chuàng)作語言生動活撥、通俗易懂,容易建立廣泛深厚的群眾基礎,達到良好的普及效果;科普創(chuàng)作表現(xiàn)手法靈活,在思路、篇幅、知識性等方面體現(xiàn)了獨特性,尤其從文學作品中汲取創(chuàng)作素材是他表現(xiàn)手法中突出的部分。 隋國慶科普創(chuàng)作的風格主要體現(xiàn)在四個方面:一、帶有“化學老師”風格的科普創(chuàng)作;二、基于觀察和從實際生活中尋找素材而進行創(chuàng)作,科普創(chuàng)作充分體現(xiàn)了實踐性;三、擅長以經(jīng)典文學作品為切入口,并從中尋求科普創(chuàng)作創(chuàng)新;四、隋國慶的科普創(chuàng)作語言避免過于華麗。 在分析隋國慶科普作品的特色基礎上,從媒介影響力、業(yè)界肯定度和受眾接觸頻度三個方面闡述了隋國慶科普作品的傳播效果。 隋國慶科普創(chuàng)作給我國科普創(chuàng)作的發(fā)展帶來的啟示:一、重視科普創(chuàng)作新元素的加入,內容的新穎、形式的新鮮和表現(xiàn)方式都能挖掘科普創(chuàng)作的新意;二、充分利用參與教育事業(yè)的優(yōu)勢,深入挖掘教育活動中的科普創(chuàng)作內容;三、拓寬科普創(chuàng)作領域,除了重點把握科普讀物的創(chuàng)作外,,科普動漫、科普影視、科普相聲等也可以作為科普作家重點拓展的領域。 通過研究,從五個方面思考進一步繁榮我國科普創(chuàng)作:一、營造良好的科普創(chuàng)作氛圍;二、加強科普創(chuàng)作法律保障;三、完善科普創(chuàng)作激勵機制;四、重視通過高等教育培養(yǎng)科普創(chuàng)作人才,為科普隊伍注入更多新鮮血液;五、科普創(chuàng)作與市場需求緊密結合。
[Abstract]:In 2002, the Law of the people's Republic of China on the Popularization of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as the popular Science Law) made China the only country in the world to have a popular science law. The law raised the popularization of science from the legal level to an unprecedented high. The popular science method defines the content of science popularization: popularizing scientific knowledge, Advocating scientific methods, carrying forward the scientific spirit and spreading scientific ideas. However, at present, the level of scientific and cultural literacy of our citizens and the realization of the four modernizations of the country, There is still a clear gap in the goal of building an innovative country. This contrast makes strengthening the scientific and cultural literacy of citizens an important part of national development in the future. The popular science works are one of the basic forms of popularizing popular science. Sui Guoqing, a famous popular science writer in Hunan Province, is an outstanding representative figure in our country's popular science creation team. He has successively served as a people's teacher and a government official. For thirty years, he devoted himself to science popularization and created some excellent popular science works, which were praised by the media as "popular science writers with copyright". The popular science creation of Sui Guoqing has the characteristics of wide range and variety, vivid and vivid language of popular science creation, easy to understand, easy to establish a broad and deep mass foundation, and to achieve a good popularizing effect. The expression technique of popular science creation is flexible, and it embodies its uniqueness in thought, length and knowledge. Especially, drawing creative material from literary works is an outstanding part of his expression technique. The style of Sui Guoqing's popular science creation is mainly reflected in four aspects: first, the popular science creation with the style of "chemistry teacher"; second, based on observation and seeking material from the real life, the popular science creation fully embodies the practicality; third, Good at classical literature as the entry point, and seek innovation in popular science creation; fourth, Sui Guoqing's popular science creation language to avoid too gorgeous. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of Sui Guoqing's popular science works, this paper expounds the communication effect of Sui Guoqing's popular science works from three aspects: media influence, industry affirmation and audience contact frequency. The enlightenment that Sui Guoqing's popular science creation brings to the development of our country's popular science creation: first, attach importance to the addition of new elements in popular science creation, the novelty of content, the freshness of form and the way of expression can excavate the new meaning of popular science creation; second, Make full use of the advantages of participating in educational undertakings, and dig deeply into the content of popular science creation in educational activities; third, broaden the field of popular science creation, in addition to focusing on the creation of popular science reading materials, popular science animation, popular science film and television, Popular science crosstalk and so on can also be used as popular science writers focus on the expansion of the field. Through the research, we think about further prosperity of our country's popular science creation from five aspects: first, create a good atmosphere of popular science creation; second, strengthen the legal guarantee of popular science creation; third, perfect the incentive mechanism of popular science creation; fourth, Attach importance to the cultivation of creative talents through higher education, and inject more fresh blood into the scientific popularization team. Fifth, the popular science creation and market demand are closely combined.
