【摘要】：[目的 /意義]研究國(guó)際科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)共享領(lǐng)域的新進(jìn)展,以把握科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)共享所帶來(lái)的機(jī)遇,為我國(guó)大數(shù)據(jù)戰(zhàn)略下更好地開(kāi)展科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)共享工作提供借鑒。[方法 /過(guò)程]跟蹤2013年至今世界重要的政府機(jī)構(gòu)、科學(xué)研究及資助機(jī)構(gòu)、圖書(shū)館、出版機(jī)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)商等在科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)共享領(lǐng)域的重要戰(zhàn)略決策、報(bào)告、項(xiàng)目和最新動(dòng)態(tài)消息,對(duì)國(guó)際不同領(lǐng)域科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)共享的實(shí)踐動(dòng)向和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行歸納和總結(jié)。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)共享已經(jīng)引起國(guó)際上多個(gè)領(lǐng)域的廣泛關(guān)注,其實(shí)踐進(jìn)展呈現(xiàn)鮮明特點(diǎn):跨界合作顯著,大力資助和支持,將其提升到戰(zhàn)略高度;針對(duì)科研人員對(duì)其認(rèn)可度不高的問(wèn)題,多個(gè)領(lǐng)域已做出巨大努力。我國(guó)可借鑒國(guó)際科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)共享的良好經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] to study new developments in the field of international scientific data sharing in order to take advantage of the opportunities offered by scientific data sharing, To provide reference for better scientific data sharing under big data's strategy. [methods / processes] tracking the world's important government agencies, scientific research and funding institutions, libraries, publishing institutions since 2013, Important strategic decisions, reports, projects and latest developments in the field of scientific data sharing, such as database providers, The practical trends and characteristics of scientific data sharing in different fields of the world are summarized and summarized. [results / conclusions] Scientific data sharing has attracted wide attention in many fields of the world. The progress in practice is characterized by remarkable cross-border cooperation, strong funding and support to elevate it to a strategic level, and a lack of recognition by researchers. Great efforts have been made in many fields. China can learn from the good experience of international scientific data sharing.
