【摘要】：通過分析政府開展涉及專利的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定過程,探討得出政府推進(jìn)專利實(shí)現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)壟斷化存在政府協(xié)助培育市場的路徑和政府協(xié)助擴(kuò)大市場份額的路徑。模仿波士頓矩陣構(gòu)建一個(gè)以"市場化程度"為橫坐標(biāo)、以"技術(shù)水平"為縱坐標(biāo)的政府推進(jìn)專利實(shí)現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)壟斷化模式的二維匹配圖,認(rèn)為政府推進(jìn)專利實(shí)現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)壟斷化存在政府培育模式、政府主導(dǎo)模式、政府扶持模式和政府支持模式等4種模式。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the government's process of developing standards related to patents, It is found that the government helps to cultivate the market and the government helps to expand the market share by the way that the government promotes the realization of standard monopoly of patents, and imitates the Boston matrix to construct a horizontal coordinate of "the degree of marketization". Taking "technology level" as the vertical coordinate, the two-dimensional matching diagram of the standard monopolization mode of the government to promote the realization of patent is considered, and it is considered that there exists the government cultivation mode and the government leading mode in promoting the realization of the standard monopoly of the patent by the government. There are four modes of government support and government support.
