【摘要】：構(gòu)建基于中國專利的區(qū)域技術(shù)構(gòu)成和研發(fā)能力比較評價方法,并以鉬業(yè)技術(shù)為例,實證分析我國不同地區(qū)的技術(shù)構(gòu)成及地區(qū)間差異,對主要研究機構(gòu)的研發(fā)能力、發(fā)展趨勢和核心技術(shù)構(gòu)成進行深度研究,為其制定戰(zhàn)略決策提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:A comparative evaluation method of regional technology composition and R & D capability based on Chinese patent is constructed. Taking molybdenum industry technology as an example, the paper empirically analyzes the technical composition and regional differences of different regions in China, and analyzes the R & D capability of major research institutions. The development trend and core technology structure are studied in depth to provide reference for making strategic decision.
