【摘要】:[目的/意義]創(chuàng)新驅動激勵下全球專利數量激增,可學習和借鑒的專利知識日益增長,但如何快速有效地從海量專利中識別出具有知識前沿性的專利,對提高創(chuàng)新方向選擇和創(chuàng)新方案決策效率具有十分重要的意義。[方法/過程]論文基于知識的新穎性和領域交叉性,提出了更具知識前沿性專利的識別方法。具體思路是:首先,利用每篇專利信息中專利引用和非專利引用時間,定義技術循環(huán)周期(TCT)指標,測度專利知識的新穎性;其次,利用國際專利分類號,定義技術領域交叉度(CI)指標,測度專利知識的領域交叉性;綜合集成測度的結果,給出更具知識前沿性專利的排序。最后,以老年福祉技術為例給出了具體識別過程和結果。[結果/結論]結果表明,目前老年福祉技術更具知識前沿性專利的研發(fā)主題集中在通信、治療和老年人行動工具。
[Abstract]:[Objective / significance] the number of patents in the world increases rapidly under the incentive of innovation, and the number of patent knowledge that can be learned and used for reference is increasing day by day, but how to identify the patents with knowledge frontier from the massive patents quickly and effectively. It is of great significance to improve the choice of innovation direction and the efficiency of decision-making of innovation scheme. [Method / process] based on the novelty and intersectionality of knowledge, this paper proposes a more advanced patent recognition method. The specific ideas are as follows: first. By using the time of patent reference and non-patent reference in each patent information, the TCTs are defined to measure the novelty of patent knowledge. Secondly, using the international patent classification number, define the index of technical domain crossover and measure the intersectionality of patent knowledge. By synthesizing the results of integration measure, the ranking of more knowledge frontier patents is given. Finally, the identification process and results are given by taking the elderly welfare technology as an example. [Results / conclusion] the results show that the current research and development topics of the technology for the well-being of the elderly are more intellectual and the research and development focus on communication, treatment and action tools for the elderly.
