【摘要】：中國(guó)人口眾多,資源稀缺,依靠科技進(jìn)步,提高有限生產(chǎn)要素的利用率和產(chǎn)出效率,是實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)、快速增長(zhǎng)的主要途徑。隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,以技術(shù)創(chuàng)新及其擴(kuò)散為主要內(nèi)容的技術(shù)進(jìn)步已成為當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的核心因素,這對(duì)于一個(gè)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展而言也不例外。 本文選擇河南省固定資產(chǎn)投資與科技進(jìn)步的互動(dòng)關(guān)系為研究對(duì)象,需要解決的基本問(wèn)題有：分析河南省固定資產(chǎn)投資與科技進(jìn)步的現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì)；通過(guò)建立勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬模型和投資價(jià)值模型來(lái)研究固定資產(chǎn)投資與科技進(jìn)步是如何影響經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的；建立河南省固定資產(chǎn)投資于科技進(jìn)步的互動(dòng)關(guān)系模型；探究影響河南省科技進(jìn)步的關(guān)鍵因素。 本文主要分為三個(gè)部分。第一部分從理論上描述固定資產(chǎn)投資投資與科技進(jìn)步的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展理論,包括理論研究現(xiàn)狀和實(shí)證經(jīng)驗(yàn)研究,這部分描述具有普遍意義。同時(shí)也包括對(duì)固定資產(chǎn)投資、科技進(jìn)步與體現(xiàn)型技術(shù)進(jìn)步等相關(guān)概念的界定,研究方法的介紹,體現(xiàn)型技術(shù)進(jìn)步的介紹,以及體現(xiàn)型技術(shù)進(jìn)步對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的作用。第二部分是河南經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的實(shí)證研究,從分配理論和共生理論出發(fā),建立勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬模型與投資價(jià)值模型,進(jìn)而推出河南省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)模型,測(cè)算河南省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)模型中的固定資產(chǎn)投資、科技投入、人力資本、固定資本存量等生產(chǎn)要素的貢獻(xiàn)率。第三部分是固定資產(chǎn)投資與科技進(jìn)步的動(dòng)態(tài)融合---互動(dòng)關(guān)系模型的實(shí)證分析,以及體現(xiàn)型技術(shù)進(jìn)步的影響因素。 最后,根據(jù)本文的研究結(jié)果,結(jié)合河南省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)提高河南省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)質(zhì)量和有效選擇技術(shù)進(jìn)步路徑提出了對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:China has a large population, scarce resources, relying on scientific and technological progress, improve the utilization of limited factors of production and output efficiency, is the main way to achieve sustained and rapid economic growth. With the development of the times. Technological progress, which takes technological innovation and its diffusion as its main content, has become the core factor of contemporary economic development and international competition, which is no exception to the economic development of a region. This paper chooses the interactive relationship between fixed assets investment and scientific and technological progress in Henan Province as the object of study. The basic problems to be solved are as follows: analyzing the current situation and trend of fixed asset investment and scientific and technological progress in Henan Province; Through the establishment of labor compensation model and investment value model to study how fixed asset investment and scientific and technological progress affect economic growth; Establishing the interactive relationship model of fixed assets investment in science and technology progress in Henan Province; To explore the key factors affecting the progress of science and technology in Henan Province. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part describes the theory of coordinated development between investment in fixed assets and scientific and technological progress in theory, including theoretical research status and empirical research. This part of the description is of universal significance. It also includes the definition of fixed asset investment, the definition of scientific and technological progress, the introduction of research methods, and the introduction of embodied technological progress. The second part is the empirical study of Henan economic growth, starting from the distribution theory and symbiosis theory, the establishment of labor compensation model and investment value model. Then the economic growth model of Henan Province is proposed, and the fixed assets investment, science and technology investment and human capital in the economic growth model of Henan Province are calculated. The third part is the empirical analysis of the dynamic integration of fixed asset investment and scientific and technological progress-interactive model, and the impact factors of embodied technological progress. Finally, according to the research results of this paper, combined with the present economic development of Henan Province, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of economic growth and to effectively choose the path of technological progress in Henan Province.
