【摘要】：二十一世紀,是一個知識經濟為主的時代,隨著經濟的不斷發(fā)展和經濟全球化趨勢的不斷加深,人們所能利用的物質資源愈來愈匱乏,知識產權在經濟發(fā)展中的地位日漸顯示出其重要性,成為增強國家競爭力的關鍵所在,大力提高知識產權創(chuàng)造、應用、管理、保護能力,已成為促進我國科技進步、經濟發(fā)展和增強國家核心競爭力的必然選擇,也是增強我國自主創(chuàng)新能力、建設創(chuàng)新型國家的迫切需要。 無形資產評估對知識產權保護起著巨大的作用,我們國家與發(fā)達國家相比,對無形資產的保護意識比較薄弱,因此造成了巨大的財富流失,隨著經濟的發(fā)展,我國已經意識到了無形資源在國民經濟發(fā)展中舉足輕重的作用,無形資產的評估,可以使我們時時刻刻關注著無形資產的價值,利用好、保護好這筆財富。 中國正處于由中國制造向中國創(chuàng)造轉型的關鍵時期,如何能實現(xiàn)成功轉變,研發(fā)能力及自有技術有著具足輕重的作用。技術專利可以體現(xiàn)一個企業(yè)的發(fā)展后勁,可以體現(xiàn)一個國家的綜合國力和國際競爭力。 本文在詳細梳理技術專利評估的理論與方法的基礎上,以一個技術專利價值評估案例為切入點進行深入分析研究,進而達到了本文的寫作目的。本論文選擇天津XX有限公司擬以三項實用新型技術專利為抵押向銀行貸款的案例,通過案例主要討論了收益法在技術專利評估中各項關鍵技術參數(shù)的選取,并討論了在技術專利抵押評估中,關于價值類型的選擇上,應該考慮對抵押價值的應用,在折現(xiàn)率的選取上應更加的注重科學性和合理性。
[Abstract]:In the twenty - first century , it is an era of knowledge - based economy . With the development of economy and the deepening of economic globalization , the position of intellectual property in economic development is becoming increasingly scarce . The position of intellectual property rights in economic development is becoming more and more important . It has become the inevitable choice to promote the development of science and technology , application , management and protection of intellectual property . It has become an inevitable choice to promote the scientific and technological progress , economic development and strengthen the core competitiveness of our country , and it is an urgent need to strengthen our independent innovation ability and build a new country . The intangible assets appraisal plays a great role in the protection of intellectual property rights . Compared with the developed countries , our country has weak protection consciousness for intangible assets , thus causing great loss of wealth . With the development of the economy , our country has realized that intangible resources play an important role in the development of national economy , and intangible assets appraisal can lead us to pay attention to the value of intangible assets at all times . China is in the key period of creating transition from China to China , how to realize the successful transformation , R & D ability and its own technology have the role of foot and weight . The technology patent can reflect the development of an enterprise , which can reflect the comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness of a country . Based on the theory and method of technical patent evaluation in detail , this paper makes an in - depth analysis and research on the case of technology patent value evaluation , and then achieves the purpose of writing this paper . In this paper , we choose Tianjin XX Co . , Ltd . to select three utility model technology patents as collateral to bank loans .
