【摘要】：互動是創(chuàng)新過程的本質(zhì)特征,國立科研機構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)的互動是國家創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵要素之一,決定了科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的效率。根據(jù)互動機制正式性與動態(tài)性,構(gòu)建高技術(shù)研究機構(gòu)與成果轉(zhuǎn)化企業(yè)互動的象限模型,提出一體式、合同式、平臺式3種模式。利用國內(nèi)外代表性高技術(shù)研究機構(gòu)案例,驗證并豐富了理論模式。高技術(shù)研究機構(gòu)應(yīng)根據(jù)互動機制,選擇最為有效的成果轉(zhuǎn)化模式。
[Abstract]:Interaction is the essential feature of the innovation process. The interaction between national scientific research institutions and industry is one of the key elements of the national innovation system, which determines the efficiency of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The quadrant model of the interaction between high-tech research institutions and achievement transformation enterprises is constructed, and three models of integration, contract and platform are put forward. Cases of representative high-tech research institutions at home and abroad are used. High-tech research institutions should choose the most effective transformation model according to the interactive mechanism.
