【摘要】：英國科學(xué)節(jié)是英國歷史上最悠久的科學(xué)節(jié),在歐洲乃至世界都具有較大的影響力,幾十年來逐步建立起較為穩(wěn)定的評估體系。本研究從評估目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容和方法對英國科學(xué)節(jié)的效果評估進行了梳理,揭示并分析了內(nèi)部和外部評估角度和調(diào)查問題的不同。分析發(fā)現(xiàn):英國科學(xué)節(jié)在評估的指導(dǎo)思想和方式上與NSF相比仍有一定差距,但其內(nèi)部評估的方式在進行經(jīng)驗總結(jié)、提升工作團隊的總體實力方面具有一定的優(yōu)勢;評估在檢驗科學(xué)節(jié)的目標(biāo)、產(chǎn)出、組織實施情況及受眾傳播效果中發(fā)揮了積極作用,同時也存在客觀性不足、流于表面等局限性,這對我國科學(xué)節(jié)效果評估體系的建立和完善有一定的借鑒和啟示意義。
Abstract: the British Science Festival is the oldest scientific festival in British history, and has great influence in Europe and the world. In the past decades, a relatively stable assessment system has been established. The purpose of this study is to sort out the evaluation results of the British Science Festival from the assessment objectives, contents and methods, and reveal the differences between internal and external evaluation angles and survey questions. The analysis found: in the evaluation of the guiding ideology and the way of the British Science Festival compared with NSF, there is still a certain gap, but its internal assessment methods have certain advantages in the overall strength of experience and enhance team work; assessment plays a positive role in the implementation and audience communication effect in the target, the output test Science Festival in the organization, there is also a lack of objectivity and superficial limitations, the effect of the science section of China's evaluation system and has certain reference and enlightenment significance to perfect.
