【摘要】：近年來(lái)人口老齡化受到整個(gè)社會(huì)高度關(guān)注,機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老模式不僅能減輕年輕人照顧老人的壓力,而且還能讓老人在同齡人群體中進(jìn)行交流,建立一種社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò),對(duì)老年人的身心健康具有積極意義。從客戶關(guān)系管理的角度來(lái)看,目前我國(guó)養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的管理有自己的特色。基于客戶關(guān)系管理,建立績(jī)效考評(píng)體系,對(duì)于提高老人的滿意度、提升養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的管理水平有較強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the aging of the population has received great attention from the whole society. The institutional old-age care model can not only relieve the pressure on young people to take care of the elderly, but also enable the elderly to communicate among their peers and establish a social support network. It is of positive significance to the physical and mental health of the elderly. From the perspective of customer relationship management, the management of pension institutions in China has its own characteristics. Based on customer relationship management, the establishment of performance appraisal system has a strong practical significance for improving the satisfaction of the elderly and improving the management level of pension institutions.
