【摘要】：信息管理系統(tǒng)是依托現(xiàn)代計算機(jī)技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)及管理科學(xué)、運(yùn)籌學(xué)、統(tǒng)計學(xué)、模型論和各種最優(yōu)化技術(shù)、因特網(wǎng)的發(fā)展而興起的一種新型的服務(wù)手段。是一個由人、計算機(jī)等組成的能進(jìn)行信息的收集、傳遞、儲存、加工、維護(hù)和使用的系統(tǒng)。它能實(shí)測企業(yè)的各種運(yùn)行情況，利用過去數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)測未來，從企業(yè)全局出發(fā)輔助企業(yè)進(jìn)行決策；利用信息控制企業(yè)的行為；幫助企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)其規(guī)劃目標(biāo)。 而銷售管理的思想是從客戶需要出發(fā)來規(guī)劃企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動，在大量的客戶信息的分析基礎(chǔ)上來回答生產(chǎn)何種產(chǎn)品、產(chǎn)品如何定價、產(chǎn)品如何銷售、如何為用戶服務(wù)、如何確定本企業(yè)最優(yōu)的產(chǎn)品組合等諸多問題，因此，銷售與客戶關(guān)系管理的緊密集合不僅是銷售活動的需要，而且是企業(yè)全部生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動的需要。本銷售系統(tǒng)圍繞發(fā)行的銷售、物流、結(jié)算來實(shí)現(xiàn)。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)可以通過系統(tǒng)隨時了解圖書的銷售及庫存情況，統(tǒng)計單品種圖書的入庫、各個地區(qū)、各客戶、單品種圖書的預(yù)定、出庫、庫存、進(jìn)銷存、發(fā)書、銷售、非銷售、待發(fā)單書，可根據(jù)統(tǒng)計結(jié)果生成圖表而進(jìn)行多維分析，并可根據(jù)各種統(tǒng)計報表積極地組織生產(chǎn)和銷售，，從而獲得最大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 本論文的研究課題《大連海事大學(xué)出版社信息管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn)》是用VisualStudio2012開發(fā)，采用Brower/Server架構(gòu)體系框架建立，本系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)根據(jù)通過系統(tǒng)需求分析、設(shè)計、實(shí)現(xiàn)與測試等過程，完成了系統(tǒng)功能模塊的設(shè)計與實(shí)施。 1，針對ASP.NET中View State進(jìn)行優(yōu)化，頁面是一個無刷新，無CSS、無JS、無View State的ASP.NET頁面，能更好的給用戶帶來UI體驗(yàn)，能更好的在在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上進(jìn)行傳輸，能夠更好的進(jìn)行編程。 2，針對數(shù)據(jù)庫ORM進(jìn)行研究，軟件目標(biāo)是能更好的對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行持久化，特別針對Microsoft的數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行ORM處理，保持SQL語句在Microsoft的DB上無差別運(yùn)行。 3，智能的記錄數(shù)據(jù)庫日志，使用切片變成模式實(shí)現(xiàn)，能夠?qū)?shù)據(jù)接口進(jìn)行完美的監(jiān)控，并使用LOG4進(jìn)行ERR和CATCH記錄。 4，依據(jù)海事大學(xué)出版社業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行定制開發(fā)，核心功能業(yè)務(wù)無訂單處理，能更好的為管理者進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計及分析。 5，依據(jù)上面闡述的技術(shù)和出版社的業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行合理的分析，出具一份具有高內(nèi)聚低耦合的智能WEB軟件。 本文重點(diǎn)闡述了信息管理系統(tǒng)框架設(shè)計、大連海事大學(xué)出版社銷售管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計以及系統(tǒng)使用，達(dá)到了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的預(yù)期目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Information management system is based on modern computer technology, network communication technology, database technology and management science, operational research, statistics, model theory and various optimization techniques, The development of the Internet is a new type of service. It is a system composed of people, computers, etc. It can collect, transmit, store, process, maintain and use information. Using the past data to predict the future, to assist the enterprise to make decision from the overall situation, to use information to control the enterprise's behavior, and to help the enterprise to achieve its planning goal. The idea of sales management is to plan the production and management activities of the enterprise according to the needs of the customers, and on the basis of the analysis of a large amount of customer information, to answer what products are produced, how the products are priced, how the products are sold, and how to serve the users. How to determine the optimal product mix of the enterprise and so on, therefore, the tight set of sales and customer relationship management is not only the need of sales activities, And it is the need of all the production and management activities of the enterprise. This sales system is realized around the distribution of sales, logistics, and settlement. Leaders can always understand the sales and inventory of books through the system, and statistics the storage of books of a single variety. Booking, exiting, inventory, sales, sales, non-sales, and Shan Shu of books of various regions, customers, and single varieties of books can be analyzed in a multidimensional way according to the results of the statistics. And according to the various statistical reports to actively organize production and sales, thus obtaining the greatest economic benefits. The research topic of this paper is "Design and realization of Dalian Maritime University Press Information Management system", which is developed with VisualStudio2012 and Brower/Server framework. The development of this system is based on the analysis of system requirements. The system function module is designed and implemented in the process of realization and testing. 1. To optimize View State in ASP.NET, the page is a ASP.NET page without refresh, no JSand View State, which can better bring UI experience to users, better transmission on the network, and better programming. 2. For the research of database ORM, the goal of the software is to persist the data better, especially to deal with the database of Microsoft by ORM, and to keep the SQL statement running on Microsoft DB without distinction. 3. The intelligent logging of database is realized by slicing, which can monitor the data interface perfectly, and use LOG4 to record ERR and CATCH. 4. Based on the business of Maritime University Press, the core function business has no order processing, which can be better for the manager of the statistics and analysis of data. 5. According to the technology described above and the business of publishing house, an intelligent WEB software with high cohesion and low coupling is presented. This paper focuses on the frame design of information management system, the design and use of the sales management system of Dalian Maritime University Press, and achieves the expected goal of the system design.
