【摘要】：目的探索基于標(biāo)化工作量的家庭醫(yī)生崗位績效考核方法,調(diào)動(dòng)家庭醫(yī)生的工作積極性,發(fā)揮社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)的工作效率和社會(huì)效益。方法通過理解社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心家庭醫(yī)生工作模式、標(biāo)化工作量、績效考核的概念,在核定標(biāo)化工作量檔次獎(jiǎng)的基礎(chǔ)上,對家庭醫(yī)生崗位進(jìn)行質(zhì)量考核,掌握每名家庭醫(yī)生的服務(wù)數(shù)量和質(zhì)量,并以此給予績效獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。結(jié)果 2016年浦東新區(qū)大團(tuán)社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心全面開展了基于標(biāo)化工作量的家庭醫(yī)生崗位績效考核探索,其方法可行、有效,家庭醫(yī)生標(biāo)化工作量增加并更全面,提高了服務(wù)質(zhì)量和效率。結(jié)論探索基于標(biāo)化工作量的家庭醫(yī)生崗位績效考核,符合社區(qū)衛(wèi)生改革的要求,為實(shí)現(xiàn)社區(qū)衛(wèi)生(標(biāo)化工作量×標(biāo)化工作量單價(jià))×質(zhì)量系數(shù)的績效工資激勵(lì)分配和考核方案做了有益的初步嘗試。
[Abstract]:Objective To explore the method of performance appraisal of family doctors based on the standard workload, to arouse the enthusiasm of family doctors and to give full play to the working efficiency and social benefit of community health service. The method is based on the understanding of the working mode, the standard workload and the performance appraisal of the family doctor of the community health service center, and the quality assessment of the family doctor's post is carried out on the basis of the approved standard workload level award, and the service quantity and the quality of each family doctor are mastered, And as a result, a performance award is given. As a result, the community health service center of Pudong New District in 2016 has carried out the performance appraisal of family doctors based on the standard workload. The method is feasible and effective, and the standardized workload of the family doctor is increased and more comprehensive, and the service quality and the efficiency are improved. Conclusion: To explore the performance appraisal of family doctors based on the standard workload, and to meet the requirements of community health reform.
