【摘要】：基于資源基礎(chǔ)觀,從關(guān)系視角和合法性視角來探討科技型小微企業(yè)獲取創(chuàng)新合作機會的影響因素,并對777家小微企業(yè)進行調(diào)查研究,數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果表明:(1)高層管理者商業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)與產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量認證均有助于科技型小微企業(yè)創(chuàng)新合作機會的獲取;(2)創(chuàng)新合作有助于提高科技型小微企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新績效,并且在高層商業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)與創(chuàng)新績效之間起到中介作用;(3)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量認證在高層商業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)與創(chuàng)新合作之間起到負向調(diào)節(jié)作用,即當(dāng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量認證水平高時,科技型小微企業(yè)在獲取創(chuàng)新合作機會時對高層商業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)的依賴減弱。
[Abstract]:Based on the view of resource basis, this paper discusses the influencing factors of scientific and technological small and micro enterprises to obtain innovation cooperation opportunities from the perspective of relationship and legitimacy, and investigates and studies 777 small and micro enterprises. The data analysis results show that: (1) the business association and product quality certification of senior managers are helpful to the acquisition of innovation cooperation opportunities of science and technology small and micro enterprises; (2) Innovation cooperation helps to improve the innovation performance of science and technology small and micro enterprises, and plays an intermediary role between high level business association and innovation performance; (3) Product quality certification plays a negative role in regulating the relationship between high level business relationship and innovation cooperation, that is, when the level of product quality certification is high, the dependence of science and technology micro enterprises on high level business association is weakened when they obtain the opportunity of innovation cooperation.
