【摘要】：正2016年是"十三五"的開局之年,國家自然科學基金委員會(以下簡稱"基金委")數(shù)理科學部深入學習、貫徹和落實《國家自然科學基金"十三五"發(fā)展規(guī)劃》,在"堅持定位、激勵原創(chuàng)、統(tǒng)籌支持、升級發(fā)展"的總體思路指導下,制定并不斷完善數(shù)理科學部的學科發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,努力實現(xiàn)評審制度公正、績效回報豐
