【摘要】：作為促進(jìn)知識和技術(shù)從高校向社會轉(zhuǎn)移的重要橋梁,目前國內(nèi)外技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移中心的效率和作用還有待提高。通過對國外技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移中心內(nèi)涵、特性的梳理,以及職能作用、運(yùn)作模式、績效評估、影響因素四個方面相關(guān)研究的歸納與總結(jié)得出,我國技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移中心在研究方向和實(shí)踐發(fā)展方面還應(yīng)增加研究的廣度及深度、建立科學(xué)合理的人才隊(duì)伍、加強(qiáng)技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移的外部環(huán)境建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:As an important bridge to promote the transfer of knowledge and technology from colleges and universities to society, the efficiency and role of technology transfer centers at home and abroad still need to be improved. Through the combing of the connotation and characteristics of the foreign technology transfer center, as well as the function, the operation mode, the performance evaluation and the influencing factors, this paper summarizes and summarizes the relevant research in four aspects: the function, the operation mode, the performance evaluation and the influencing factors. In the aspect of research direction and practical development, China's technology transfer center should also increase the breadth and depth of research, establish a scientific and reasonable team of talents, and strengthen the construction of the external environment of technology transfer.
