【摘要】：現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)對(duì)促進(jìn)農(nóng)民增收、農(nóng)業(yè)增效,為加快區(qū)域農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)、提高農(nóng)業(yè)綜合生產(chǎn)能力發(fā)揮了重要作用。文章基于浙江省現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),以蔬菜瓜果產(chǎn)業(yè)為例,采用Critic賦權(quán)法,從經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會(huì)效益、科技示范效益及綜合效益等方面評(píng)估了浙江省現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)瓜果蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的建設(shè)績(jī)效水平,同時(shí)構(gòu)建計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)模型定量分析了資金投入與來(lái)源、經(jīng)營(yíng)主體特征、園區(qū)特征及園區(qū)所在縣(區(qū))經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)特征對(duì)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè)績(jī)效水平的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:浙江省現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè)績(jī)效水平有待提高;資金投入量、"公司+合作社"經(jīng)營(yíng)主體及所在地經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平對(duì)園區(qū)建設(shè)績(jī)效存在顯著的正效應(yīng),種植規(guī)模與所在地人口密度等因素的影響顯著為負(fù)。并提出合理增加資金投入,進(jìn)一步向現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)傾斜;加大現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)主體培育力度,尤其注重對(duì)"公司+合作社"型主體的培育;構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)的長(zhǎng)效運(yùn)行與管護(hù)機(jī)制等建議。
[Abstract]:Modern agricultural parks play an important role in promoting farmers' income, increasing agricultural efficiency, speeding up the optimization and upgrading of regional agricultural structure and improving the comprehensive agricultural production capacity. Based on the survey data of modern agricultural park in Zhejiang Province, taking vegetable melon and fruit industry as an example, this paper adopts Critic weighting method to analyze the economic and social benefits of vegetable melon and fruit industry. This paper evaluates the construction performance level of melon, fruit and vegetable industry in modern agricultural park of Zhejiang Province from the aspects of demonstration benefit and comprehensive benefit of science and technology. At the same time, the econometrics model is constructed to quantitatively analyze the capital input, source and main body characteristics of the management. The influence of the characteristics of the park and the economic and social characteristics of the county (district) on the performance level of the modern agricultural park. The results show that the performance level of modern agricultural park construction in Zhejiang Province needs to be improved. The amount of capital input, the main body of "company cooperative" and the level of local economic development have significant positive effects on the performance of park construction, and the influence of planting scale and population density is significantly negative. And put forward reasonable increase of capital investment, further tilt to modern agricultural park, strengthen the cultivation of modern agricultural subject, especially pay attention to the cultivation of "company cooperative" main body; Some suggestions are put forward to construct the long-term operation and management and protection mechanism of modern agricultural park.
