H企業(yè)人力資源績(jī)效管理問(wèn)題研究
[Abstract]:With the increasing status of human resource management in enterprise management, human resource performance management has become a hot issue in human resource management. It is still a short time for Chinese enterprises to introduce and learn human resource performance management from the west. How to apply the advanced experience of western human resource performance management to the enterprise management of our country is not mature. For a developing country with its own strong cultural tradition, the application of human resource performance management is faced with a larger "localization" task. After many enterprises of our country have made detailed performance targets, because of many problems in performance management, they can not achieve the original expected goals in the end. With China's economic development entering into the new normal and the intensification of market competition, it is of great practical significance to study the human resource performance management of Chinese enterprises and to put forward some countermeasures to the enterprises in the difficult situation of human resource performance management. This paper first makes a brief review of the research on human resource performance management at home and abroad, and then starts from the basic concept and common methods of performance management, and starts the research on human resource performance management in H enterprise. By using the way of questionnaire survey, the management and ordinary employees of H enterprise are interviewed and investigated, and the composition of personnel, the present situation of performance management and the problems existing in performance management are obtained by the method of system analysis. This paper deeply analyzes the deep causes of the problems existing in the performance management of enterprise human resources, and then combines the three performance appraisal methods and theories of KPI,BSC and MBO, and puts forward the scientific and effective improvement strategies corresponding to the above problems. With a view to the orderly development of H enterprises, to achieve its strategic objectives of development.
