【摘要】：在國(guó)家大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略的號(hào)召下,創(chuàng)客運(yùn)動(dòng)高潮迭起,高校大學(xué)生成為最富創(chuàng)新性和有活力的創(chuàng)客群體之一。然而,針對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)客團(tuán)隊(duì)和團(tuán)隊(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的學(xué)術(shù)研究還滯后于實(shí)踐。本文根據(jù)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)客團(tuán)隊(duì)的特征將團(tuán)隊(duì)異質(zhì)性分為外部異質(zhì)性和內(nèi)部異質(zhì)性,并分別討論兩類(lèi)異質(zhì)性對(duì)創(chuàng)客團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效的影響以及協(xié)作狀態(tài)的調(diào)節(jié)作用。實(shí)證研究結(jié)果表明,外部異質(zhì)性與大學(xué)生創(chuàng)客團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效正相關(guān),內(nèi)部異質(zhì)性與大學(xué)生創(chuàng)客團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效負(fù)相關(guān);同時(shí),協(xié)作狀態(tài)正向調(diào)節(jié)異質(zhì)性和創(chuàng)客團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效之間的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Under the call of national mass entrepreneurship and innovation strategy, the creative movement has been rising one after another, and college students have become one of the most innovative and dynamic groups of enterprisers. However, the academic research on the team and team structure of university students lags behind the practice. This paper classifies team heterogeneity into external heterogeneity and internal heterogeneity according to the characteristics of college student team, and discusses the influence of two kinds of heterogeneity on team performance and the regulatory role of cooperation state respectively. The empirical results show that the external heterogeneity is positively correlated with the team performance, while the internal heterogeneity is negatively correlated with the team performance. At the same time, the cooperative state positively regulates the relationship between the heterogeneity and the team performance.
