【摘要】：基于公開發(fā)表的文獻(xiàn),綜合評價美國醫(yī)療信息交換的績效。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),已有研究文獻(xiàn)對美國醫(yī)療信息交換在減少重復(fù)性醫(yī)學(xué)檢查、改善醫(yī)療質(zhì)量和效率、提高公共衛(wèi)生監(jiān)測水平、改進(jìn)醫(yī)療服務(wù)模式等方面的積極作用給予了有力驗(yàn)證,但是在節(jié)約醫(yī)療成本方面的作用尚未得到一致認(rèn)可。美國醫(yī)療信息交換的績效評價對我國推動醫(yī)療信息交換具有重要參考價值。
[Abstract]:Based on the published literature, this paper comprehensively evaluates the performance of medical information exchange in the United States. The results show that the exchange of medical information in the United States plays an important role in reducing repetitive medical examination, improving medical quality and efficiency, improving public health monitoring level and improving medical service model. But the role in saving medical costs has not yet been unanimously recognized. The performance evaluation of American medical information exchange has important reference value for promoting medical information exchange in our country.
