海歸社會(huì)資本對(duì)新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績(jī)效的影響路徑研究

【摘要】:留學(xué)回國的成功創(chuàng)業(yè)者對(duì)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)具有引領(lǐng)帶動(dòng)作用。隨著中國創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境的改善和支持海外高層次人才來華創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)政策的出臺(tái),中國出現(xiàn)了海歸創(chuàng)業(yè)大潮。但是由于長期身居海外,國內(nèi)的社會(huì)資本積累少,加上新創(chuàng)企業(yè)的“新進(jìn)入缺陷”,缺乏資源持有者的支持,制約了新創(chuàng)企業(yè)的發(fā)展。同時(shí)創(chuàng)業(yè)是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的現(xiàn)象,社會(huì)資本、企業(yè)家精神、創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)等是影響新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績(jī)效的重要因素,但是如何產(chǎn)生影響、其作用機(jī)制如何仍然沒有得到完全闡釋。因此本研究以社會(huì)資本為切入點(diǎn),試圖揭示海歸創(chuàng)業(yè)者社會(huì)資本影響新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績(jī)效的“過程黑箱”,豐富創(chuàng)業(yè)理論,為創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐提供對(duì)策建議。本文首先對(duì)國內(nèi)外海歸創(chuàng)業(yè)、新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績(jī)效、企業(yè)家社會(huì)資本、企業(yè)家精神與創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)等相關(guān)理論和文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了綜述,深入分析了海歸創(chuàng)業(yè)者社會(huì)資本、企業(yè)家精神、創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)等創(chuàng)業(yè)要素之間的相互聯(lián)系,構(gòu)建了海歸創(chuàng)業(yè)三要素與新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績(jī)效的關(guān)系模型,并且提出相應(yīng)研究假設(shè);其次,運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查法收集到120家海歸新創(chuàng)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),綜合使用統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,包括相關(guān)性分析、信效度檢驗(yàn)、共同方差檢驗(yàn)和結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析等,了解海歸人員創(chuàng)業(yè)的基本概況,驗(yàn)證了理論模型和研究假設(shè);最后,針對(duì)上述研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行討論,并且從海歸創(chuàng)業(yè)者和公共政策制定等角度,提出提高海歸創(chuàng)業(yè)成功率和創(chuàng)業(yè)品質(zhì)的對(duì)策建議,包括增加海歸創(chuàng)業(yè)者社會(huì)資本的質(zhì)和量、培育海歸創(chuàng)業(yè)者的企業(yè)家精神、識(shí)別開發(fā)有價(jià)值的海歸創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)等,進(jìn)一步指出文章后續(xù)研究展望。本文主要得出以下研究結(jié)論:(1)海歸社會(huì)資本對(duì)新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績(jī)效不存在直接影響作用,但企業(yè)家精神和創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)等其他創(chuàng)業(yè)要素均對(duì)新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績(jī)效產(chǎn)生正向影響;(2)海歸創(chuàng)業(yè)者企業(yè)家精神在社會(huì)資本和創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)中起完全中介作用;(3)海歸人員創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)在企業(yè)家精神與新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績(jī)效之間起完全中介作用;(4)海歸創(chuàng)業(yè)者社會(huì)資本與新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績(jī)效之間存在著“社會(huì)資本→企業(yè)家精神→創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)→新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績(jī)效”的中介傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制。研究表明海歸創(chuàng)業(yè)者融合社會(huì)資本可以激發(fā)企業(yè)家精神從而尋找獲得有效創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績(jī)效的提升,研究結(jié)論拓展了創(chuàng)理理論,對(duì)新常態(tài)下中國海歸新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績(jī)效提升有重要的啟示。
[Abstract]:Successful entrepreneurs who return home from abroad have a leading role in innovation and entrepreneurship. With the improvement of China's entrepreneurial environment and the introduction of the policy of supporting high-level talents from overseas to innovate and start their own businesses in China, there has been a tide of returning overseas entrepreneurs. However, the lack of support from resource holders has restricted the development of new enterprises because of their long-term overseas residence, the small accumulation of social capital in China and the "new entry defects" of new enterprises. At the same time, entrepreneurship is a complex phenomenon, social capital, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial opportunities and other important factors affecting the performance of new enterprises, but how to produce the impact, how its mechanism has not been fully explained. Therefore, this research takes social capital as the breakthrough point, tries to reveal the "process black box" that the social capital of returned entrepreneurs affects the performance of the newly established enterprises, enriches the entrepreneurial theory, and provides the countermeasures and suggestions for the entrepreneurial practice. Firstly, this paper summarizes the related theories and literature, such as domestic and foreign enterprises, new venture performance, social capital of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial opportunities, and analyzes the social capital and entrepreneurial spirit of entrepreneurs in China and abroad. The relationship between entrepreneurial factors such as entrepreneurial opportunities and the relationship between the three elements of entrepreneurship and the performance of new enterprises is established and the corresponding research hypotheses are put forward. Secondly, the data of 120 newly established enterprises were collected by questionnaire, and the data were analyzed by statistical software, including correlation analysis, reliability and validity test, covariance test and structural equation model analysis. Understand the basic situation of overseas returnees entrepreneurship, verify the theoretical model and research assumptions; Finally, this paper discusses the above research results, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the success rate and entrepreneurial quality of overseas returnees, including the quality and quantity of social capital, from the perspective of overseas entrepreneurs and public policy formulation. To cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit of returned entrepreneurs, to identify and develop valuable entrepreneurial opportunities for overseas returnees, and to further point out the future research prospects of the article. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) there is no direct effect of social capital on the performance of new enterprises, but other entrepreneurial factors, such as entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial opportunities, have a positive impact on the performance of new enterprises; (2) Entrepreneurship of returned entrepreneurs plays a complete intermediary role in social capital and entrepreneurial opportunities, (3) entrepreneurial opportunities of returnees play a complete intermediary role between entrepreneurial spirit and the performance of new enterprises; (4) there is an intermediary transmission mechanism between the social capital of returned entrepreneurs and the performance of new enterprises. The research shows that the integration of social capital of returned entrepreneurs can stimulate the entrepreneurial spirit in order to find effective entrepreneurial opportunities to achieve the performance improvement of new enterprises. The conclusions of the study expand the theory of innovation. Under the new normal, there is an important enlightenment to the performance improvement of the new Chinese returned enterprises.
