【摘要】：目的對(duì)不同類(lèi)型醫(yī)療聯(lián)合體績(jī)效評(píng)估的靶向性進(jìn)行分析。方法采用文獻(xiàn)薈萃分析,歸納整理醫(yī)療聯(lián)合體績(jī)效評(píng)估建設(shè)目標(biāo);依據(jù)醫(yī)療聯(lián)合體特點(diǎn),結(jié)合"結(jié)構(gòu)—過(guò)程—結(jié)果"模型,分析醫(yī)療聯(lián)合體劃分維度及各類(lèi)型的績(jī)效評(píng)估靶向性。結(jié)果不同維度醫(yī)療聯(lián)合體績(jī)效評(píng)估存在差異性,3個(gè)維度靶向性績(jī)效評(píng)估包括20個(gè)績(jī)效評(píng)估組合。結(jié)論各類(lèi)型醫(yī)療聯(lián)合體績(jī)效評(píng)估是以3個(gè)維度績(jī)效評(píng)估組合為基礎(chǔ),不同類(lèi)型醫(yī)療聯(lián)合體因組合維度不同存在一定差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the targeting of performance evaluation of different types of medical consortia. Methods A meta-analysis of literature was used to summarize and sort out the construction objectives of performance evaluation of medical association. According to the characteristics of medical consortia and the model of structure-process-result, this paper analyzes the dimensions of medical consortia and the targeting of each type of performance evaluation. Results there were differences in performance evaluation of different dimensions of medical association. Three dimensional targeted performance evaluation included 20 performance evaluation combinations. Conclusion the performance evaluation of different types of medical associations is based on the combination of three dimensions of performance evaluation, and there are some differences between different types of medical consortia because of their different dimensions.
