知識(shí)距離、吸收能力對(duì)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作績效的影響研究

【摘要】:本文基于產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的研究視角,實(shí)證研究產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作背景下知識(shí)距離、吸收能力與合作績效之間的關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果顯示,產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作背景下知識(shí)深度距離對(duì)潛在吸收能力有負(fù)向影響作用,知識(shí)寬度距離對(duì)潛在吸收能力有正向影響作用,潛在吸收能力有利于實(shí)際吸收能力的提升,組織學(xué)習(xí)在吸收能力的兩個(gè)維度間起調(diào)節(jié)作用,實(shí)際吸收能力的提升最終有利于合作績效的提高。
[Abstract]:Based on the research perspective of industry-university-research cooperation, this paper empirically studies the relationship between knowledge distance, absorptive capacity and cooperative performance in the context of industry-university-research cooperation. The results show that the depth distance of knowledge has a negative effect on the potential absorptive capacity in the context of industry-university-research cooperation, and the distance of knowledge width has a positive effect on the potential absorptive capacity, and the potential absorptive capacity is beneficial to the enhancement of the actual absorptive capacity. Organizational learning plays a regulatory role between the two dimensions of absorptive capacity, and the improvement of actual absorptive capacity is beneficial to the improvement of cooperative performance.
