【摘要】：高技術(shù)企業(yè)若想取得良好的成長績效,需要技術(shù)的支撐,而企業(yè)依靠單打獨(dú)斗,提高技術(shù)水平,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)成長績效的提升愈發(fā)感到吃力,因此高技術(shù)企業(yè)若想實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,需要與其他主體要素開展協(xié)同。論文從協(xié)同技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與高技術(shù)企業(yè)成長績效的角度出發(fā),以研究兩者之間有無關(guān)系、有怎么樣的關(guān)系、關(guān)系的大小為目標(biāo),采用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的方法,運(yùn)用SPSS工具,對協(xié)同技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、高技術(shù)企業(yè)成長績效等問題,進(jìn)行了理論分析與實(shí)證研究。同時(shí)依據(jù)"資源-能力-績效"理論,引入吸收能力與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力作為中介變量。認(rèn)為,解決兩者之間的關(guān)系問題在理論上是必要的,在實(shí)踐中是具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的。文中對協(xié)同技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式進(jìn)行了分析,指出:與政府之間協(xié)同、研究院所協(xié)同、企業(yè)之間協(xié)同,是高技術(shù)企業(yè)進(jìn)行協(xié)同技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的主要方式,同時(shí)吸收能力、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力對企業(yè)而言尤為重要。在對協(xié)同技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與高技術(shù)企業(yè)成長績效關(guān)系分析中發(fā)現(xiàn),學(xué)者的研究結(jié)論并不統(tǒng)一。對此論文采用理論與數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)分析相結(jié)合的方法對三者進(jìn)行研究,確定了協(xié)同技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、企業(yè)能力、高技術(shù)成長績效之間的關(guān)系。在理論分析、實(shí)證研究的基礎(chǔ)上,論文給出了以下結(jié)論:第一,企政協(xié)同、企研協(xié)同、企企協(xié)同對成長績效具有積極影響,其中企研、企企協(xié)同技術(shù)創(chuàng)新作用較為突出。第二,三種協(xié)同技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對兩種能力有正向影響,其中企企協(xié)同技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方式對兩種能力的作用更加明顯。第三,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力、吸收能力對高技術(shù)企業(yè)成長績效同樣具有正向作用,且技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的影響大于吸收能力。第四,吸收能力、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力,在協(xié)同技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方式與成長績效的關(guān)系中扮演部分中介。最后,論文以實(shí)證分析結(jié)果為基礎(chǔ),為促進(jìn)高技術(shù)企業(yè)成長績效提升闡述管理啟示。
[Abstract]:If high-tech enterprises want to achieve good growth performance, they need the support of technology, while enterprises rely on their own efforts to improve their technological level, thereby promoting their growth performance. Therefore, if high-tech enterprises want to achieve sustainable development, Need to cooperate with other main elements. From the point of view of collaborative technological innovation and the growth performance of high-tech enterprises, this paper aims to study the relationship between the two, what kind of relationship and the size of the relationship, using the method of statistical analysis, using SPSS tools. This paper makes theoretical analysis and empirical research on cooperative technological innovation and growth performance of high-tech enterprises. At the same time, according to the theory of "resource-ability-performance", absorptive capacity and technological innovation ability are introduced as intermediary variables. It is considered that it is necessary to solve the relationship between the two in theory and has practical significance in practice. In this paper, the mode of collaborative technology innovation is analyzed. It is pointed out that collaboration with government, research institutes and enterprises is the main way for high-tech enterprises to carry out collaborative technological innovation. Technological innovation ability is especially important for enterprises. In the analysis of the relationship between collaborative technological innovation and the growth performance of high-tech enterprises, it is found that the research conclusions of scholars are not uniform. This paper uses the method of combining theory and mathematical statistics to study the three, and determines the relationship among collaborative technological innovation, enterprise capability and high-tech growth performance. On the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical research, the paper gives the following conclusions: first, the cooperation of enterprise research and research, enterprise cooperation has a positive impact on growth performance, among which enterprise research and enterprise cooperation technology innovation function is more prominent. Second, the three kinds of collaborative technological innovation have positive influence on the two kinds of abilities, and the cooperative technological innovation mode of enterprises has more obvious effect on the two kinds of capabilities. Thirdly, the ability of technological innovation and absorptive capacity also has a positive effect on the growth performance of high-tech enterprises, and the influence of technological innovation ability is greater than that of absorptive capacity. Fourth, absorptive capacity and technological innovation ability play a part intermediary in the relationship between cooperative technological innovation and growth performance. Finally, based on the results of empirical analysis, this paper expounds the management implications for promoting the growth performance of high-tech enterprises.
