ZL公司員工培訓體系構建
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, and in the face of strong market competition, when multinational corporations introduce advanced corporate training concepts and training models into China, more and more companies realize that if companies are allowed to "develop sustainably", The most important issue is the cultivation of talents in the company. Only by attaching importance to the cultivation of talents can we maintain the development advantage in the fierce market competition. Different companies have different training needs at different stages of development. Corporate training is not only a science but also an art. It is an important means to build the talents of the company. Establish an effective staff training system to maximize the use of human resources. On the basis of the detailed elaboration of learning organization theory and situational learning theory, this paper analyzes the design of training system of ZL Company, through the introduction of ZL Company and the characteristics of the industry. This paper investigates and analyzes the human resource situation and training demand of ZL Company, and then sets up the training system of ZL Company. By studying and designing a set of training system combined with the actual development of ZL Company, this paper aims to promote the long-term development of ZL Company. In the course of the research, literature analysis, case analysis, questionnaire and interview are mainly used in the process of data acquisition. And try to make these methods in the application of complementary advantages. At the same time, attention should be paid to the comprehensive application of various theories and methods in the field of human resources management in order to enhance the scientific nature of the research process and the reliability of the research results. This paper designs the ZL employee training system from the system science angle, which consists of training culture, training support and training operation, analyzes the content of this part, and puts forward the guarantee measures of ZL employee training system, including organization guarantee. Knowledge base guarantee and performance appraisal guarantee. The research has formed the instructive suggestion, hoping to provide the reference and the basis for the similar company training.
