【摘要】：陸橋物流系統(tǒng)作為跨境國際物流快速通道系統(tǒng),對支撐國家“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施具有重要作用,對沿橋經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域物流業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級以及經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有不可忽視的影響。但陸橋物流系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行中仍存在諸多問題,導(dǎo)致陸橋物流系統(tǒng)的綜合物流服務(wù)能力難以充分發(fā)揮。因此,為提高陸橋物流系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行績效,降低陸橋物流系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行成本,提高陸橋物流系統(tǒng)的社會(huì)價(jià)值和經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值,有必要探尋陸橋物流系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行規(guī)律,而陸橋物流系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行機(jī)制的建立是提高運(yùn)行效率和效益的關(guān)鍵。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下:首先,建立了陸橋物流系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行機(jī)制研究框架體系。在分析陸橋物流系統(tǒng)形成動(dòng)因和條件以及從集成場視角審視陸橋物流系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了陸橋物流系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成要素以及影響系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的相關(guān)因素,在此基礎(chǔ)上形成陸橋物流系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行機(jī)制的分析框架,并將陸橋物流系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行機(jī)制分為內(nèi)外部運(yùn)行機(jī)制,為構(gòu)建陸橋物流系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行機(jī)制的理論體系提供支持。其次,對陸橋物流系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部運(yùn)行機(jī)制進(jìn)行了研究,提出陸橋物流系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的四維子機(jī)制:運(yùn)行動(dòng)力子機(jī)制、組織協(xié)調(diào)子機(jī)制、信息傳導(dǎo)子機(jī)制和政策保障子機(jī)制,并分析四維子機(jī)制間的耦合互動(dòng)關(guān)系,同時(shí)建立了陸橋物流系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行內(nèi)部機(jī)制的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,并借助Vensim軟件對其內(nèi)部運(yùn)行機(jī)制進(jìn)行仿真。最后,對陸橋物流系統(tǒng)外部運(yùn)行機(jī)制進(jìn)行了研究,通過分析陸橋物流系統(tǒng)與區(qū)域社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的耦合作用關(guān)系,提出從區(qū)域社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)—陸橋物流需求子機(jī)制和區(qū)域社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)—陸橋物流供給子機(jī)制兩個(gè)維度來研究陸橋物流系統(tǒng)外部運(yùn)行機(jī)制,并運(yùn)用協(xié)整性分析、誤差修正模型等方法對新亞歐大陸橋(中國段)為例進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。
[Abstract]:As a rapid passage system of cross-border international logistics, Luqiao logistics system plays an important role in supporting the implementation of national "Belt and Road" strategy, and has a significant impact on the transformation and upgrading of the logistics industry and economic development along the bridge economy. However, there are still many problems in the operation of the Luqiao logistics system, which makes it difficult to give full play to the comprehensive logistics service capacity of the Luqiao logistics system. Therefore, in order to improve the performance of the land bridge logistics system, reduce the operating cost of the land bridge logistics system, and improve the social and economic value of the land bridge logistics system, it is necessary to explore the operational rules of the land bridge logistics system. The establishment of operational mechanism of Luqiao logistics system is the key to improve operation efficiency and benefit. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the research framework of operational mechanism of land bridge logistics system is established. On the basis of analyzing the reasons and conditions of the formation of the land bridge logistics system and examining the relevant theories of the land bridge logistics system from the perspective of integrated field, this paper analyzes the composing elements of the land bridge logistics system and the relevant factors that affect the operation of the land bridge logistics system. On this basis, the analysis framework of the operational mechanism of the land bridge logistics system is formed, and the operational mechanism of the land bridge logistics system is divided into internal and external operation mechanisms, which provides support for the construction of the theoretical system of the operation mechanism of the land bridge logistics system. Secondly, the paper studies the internal operation mechanism of the land bridge logistics system, and puts forward the four dimensional sub-mechanism of the operation of the land bridge logistics system: the operation power sub-mechanism, the organization coordination sub-mechanism, the information transmission sub-mechanism and the policy guarantee sub-mechanism. The coupling interaction between the four dimensional submechanisms is analyzed, and the system dynamics model of the internal mechanism of the land bridge logistics system is established, and the simulation of the internal operation mechanism is carried out with the help of Vensim software. Finally, the external operation mechanism of the land bridge logistics system is studied, and the coupling relationship between the land bridge logistics system and the regional social and economic development is analyzed. This paper puts forward to study the external operation mechanism of land bridge logistics system from the two dimensions of regional social economy-land bridge logistics demand submechanism and regional social economy-land bridge logistics supply submechanism, and applies cointegration analysis to study the external operation mechanism of the land bridge logistics system. The error correction model and other methods are used to study the new Eurasian Continental Bridge (China Section) as an example.
