【摘要】：平衡發(fā)展是當(dāng)今世界包括當(dāng)代教育的重要發(fā)展目標(biāo)。由于高校教師績(jī)效的特殊性,科學(xué)的考核體系應(yīng)以平衡發(fā)展為旨向。我國(guó)高校當(dāng)前考核體系在保證平衡發(fā)展上還存在較多問(wèn)題,如重科研,輕教學(xué);重?cái)?shù)量,輕質(zhì)量;重考核同一性,輕學(xué)科、崗位差異性;重組織目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn),輕教師個(gè)人發(fā)展,等等。存在上述問(wèn)題的原因,包括受傳統(tǒng)管理理念的影響、管理的科學(xué)化水平不高及急功近利等多個(gè)方面,因此,亟須樹(shù)立以人為本的考核理念,努力通過(guò)績(jī)效考核指標(biāo)體系的科學(xué)化實(shí)現(xiàn)高校內(nèi)部的平衡發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Balanced development is an important development goal in today's world, including contemporary education. Due to the particularity of college teachers' performance, the scientific assessment system should aim at balanced development. There are still many problems in the current examination system of colleges and universities in our country, such as emphasizing scientific research, neglecting teaching, valuing quantity, neglecting quality, attaching importance to examination identity, neglecting discipline and post difference; Emphasis on organizational goals to achieve, less personal development of teachers, and so on. The reasons for the above problems, including the influence of traditional management ideas, the low level of scientific management and the urgent need for quick success and immediate benefit, etc., therefore, it is urgent to establish a people-oriented assessment concept. Through the scientific performance appraisal index system, the balanced development of colleges and universities is realized.
