技術引進和自主研發(fā)對中國制造業(yè)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效影響模擬

【摘要】:隨著國內產業(yè)的轉型和升級,企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效越來越受到重視.整理歸納了關于技術引進與自主研發(fā)對中國制造業(yè)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效影響的研究結論,在現(xiàn)有研究的基礎上,結合系統(tǒng)動力學方法,將影響企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的眾多因素進行總結分類.利用Vensim軟件繪制因果反饋圖,形成連接關鍵變量與其他變量的反饋回路,同時繪制系統(tǒng)流圖并對其進行有效性檢驗.最后模擬分析不同比例的技術引進經費支出和自主研發(fā)經費支出對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的作用效果.研究結果表明:自主研發(fā)與技術引進經費的增加均能促進企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的提升;增加相同比例的經費支出,自主研發(fā)更能有效促進企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效.
[Abstract]:With the transformation and upgrading of domestic industries, enterprise innovation performance has been paid more and more attention. This paper summarizes the research conclusions about the impact of technology introduction and independent R & D on the innovation performance of Chinese manufacturing enterprises. On the basis of the existing research and system dynamics method, it summarizes and classifies many factors that affect the innovation performance of Chinese manufacturing enterprises. The Vensim software is used to draw the causal feedback diagram to form the feedback loop connecting the key variables with other variables. At the same time, the system flow diagram is drawn and its validity is tested. Finally, the effects of different proportions of technology introduction expenditure and independent R & D expenditure on enterprise innovation performance are simulated and analyzed. The results show that both the increase of independent R & D and the increase of technology introduction funds can promote the innovation performance of enterprises, and increase the expenditure of the same proportion, independent R & D can effectively promote the innovation performance of enterprises.
