【摘要】：根據(jù)S-C-P研究范式,基于融資結(jié)構(gòu)的代理成本理論、創(chuàng)新投入的資產(chǎn)專用性和轉(zhuǎn)化過程等,提出"融資結(jié)構(gòu)→創(chuàng)新投入→企業(yè)績效"這一鏈條影響機(jī)理。基于全國第三次經(jīng)濟(jì)普查廣東省深圳市6156家工業(yè)企業(yè)全樣本數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用因子分析法、中介效應(yīng)法,實(shí)證分析融資結(jié)構(gòu)、創(chuàng)新投入和企業(yè)績效之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果顯示:融資結(jié)構(gòu)對企業(yè)績效具有顯著正向影響,且創(chuàng)新投入在這一影響中發(fā)揮了部分中介效應(yīng)。創(chuàng)新投入的中介效應(yīng)在融資結(jié)構(gòu)影響企業(yè)績效的總效應(yīng)中占比接近30%。由此說明,面對日趨激烈的市場競爭,企業(yè)必須高度重視創(chuàng)新投入,研究實(shí)施與之相匹配的融資手段,以謀求穩(wěn)定有效的創(chuàng)新投入所需資金。
[Abstract]:According to the research paradigm of S-C-P, based on agency cost theory of financing structure, asset specificity and transformation process of innovative input, this paper puts forward the chain influencing mechanism of "innovative investment in financing structure and firm performance". Based on the total sample data of 6156 industrial enterprises in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, the relationship between financing structure, innovation investment and firm performance is analyzed by using factor analysis and intermediary effect method. The results show that the financing structure has a significant positive impact on firm performance, and innovation investment plays a part of the intermediary effect. The intermediary effect of innovation investment accounts for nearly 30% of the total effect of financing structure on enterprise performance. Therefore, in the face of increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises must attach great importance to innovation investment, study and implement the corresponding financing means, in order to seek stable and effective innovation investment funds.
