【摘要】：正科研績效評價是大學(xué)管理工作的核心內(nèi)容,它是提高大學(xué)科研質(zhì)量的重要手段、方法和導(dǎo)向。在黨中央、國務(wù)院提出建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家決策,加速推進(jìn)科技創(chuàng)新提升部隊?wèi)?zhàn)斗力要求,在政府和社會各界高度重視科研績效評價的當(dāng)前,如何在軍民融合式發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的大背景下,構(gòu)建符合軍醫(yī)大學(xué)科技工作實際的科研績效評價體系,并基于此評價體系,探索建立符合軍醫(yī)大學(xué)角色和特點的管理理念及體制機(jī)制,堅持轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展,發(fā)揮軍醫(yī)大學(xué)服務(wù)軍民的雙重職能,值得深入研究[1]。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of positive scientific research performance is the core content of university management, and it is an important means, method and direction to improve the quality of university scientific research. At the party Central Committee and the State Council, the State Council put forward the policy of building an innovative state, accelerating the promotion of scientific and technological innovation, and improving the combat effectiveness of the armed forces. At present, the government and all sectors of society attach great importance to the evaluation of scientific research performance. How to build a scientific research performance evaluation system in line with the actual scientific and technological work of military medical university under the background of military-civilian integration development strategy, and based on this evaluation system, to explore the establishment of management concept and system mechanism that accord with the role and characteristics of military medical university. Persisting in the transformation and development, giving full play to the dual functions of military medical universities serving the military and civilian, is worth studying in depth [1].
