戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟關(guān)系資本對知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效的影響研究

【摘要】:科技進(jìn)步逐漸成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的決定性因素,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與信息基礎(chǔ)也成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要推動力量,尤其進(jìn)入知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代后,知識已經(jīng)成為第一生產(chǎn)要素,也是一種戰(zhàn)略資源,是企業(yè)獲取競爭優(yōu)勢的主要來源。知識資源對每個企業(yè)來說都是不可或缺的,尤其是高技術(shù)企業(yè)等知識密集型企業(yè)。高技術(shù)企業(yè)是近幾十年才發(fā)展起來的新興企業(yè)群體,具有與傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)不同的許多特點,企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展都需要依賴外界的知識來源,而建立聯(lián)盟就是一種有效獲取外部知識的手段。對于屬于知識密集型企業(yè)的高技術(shù)企業(yè)來說,知識是獲取和保持競爭優(yōu)勢的主要源泉,只有不斷地從外部獲取和吸收知識才能得以提高企業(yè)的知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效。如何快速獲取外部知識資源,以提高企業(yè)的知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效是目前研究的熱點問題之一。在此背景下,以社會資本理論、知識管理理論以及動態(tài)能力理論為理論基礎(chǔ),立足于對知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效的已有研究,以高技術(shù)企業(yè)為研究對象,圍繞“聯(lián)盟關(guān)系資本影響知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效”這一核心問題,深入研究聯(lián)盟關(guān)系資本、吸收能力和知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效之間的關(guān)系。本文基于現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了聯(lián)盟關(guān)系資本對知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效影響的理論模型。該模型中,關(guān)系資本劃分為三個維度,分別是信任、承諾和聯(lián)結(jié)強(qiáng)度,而吸收能力劃分為兩個維度,分別是潛在吸收能力和現(xiàn)實吸收能力。本文采用問卷調(diào)查方法進(jìn)行小樣本預(yù)測分析,并對304份大樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了實證分析。經(jīng)實證分析檢驗了聯(lián)盟關(guān)系資本與知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效之間的關(guān)系,以及吸收能力的中介作用和環(huán)境動態(tài)性的調(diào)節(jié)作用,主要得出以下研究結(jié)論:第一,聯(lián)盟關(guān)系資本對知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效具有顯著的正向影響。聯(lián)盟關(guān)系資本中提煉出三個維度,即信任、承諾和聯(lián)結(jié)強(qiáng)度,經(jīng)回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn),信任、承諾和聯(lián)結(jié)強(qiáng)度均對知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效具有顯著的正向影響。第二,吸收能力對知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效具有顯著的正向影響。其中,潛在吸收能力和現(xiàn)實吸收能力均對知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效具有顯著正向影響。第三,聯(lián)盟關(guān)系資本對吸收能力具有顯著正向影響。其中,信任、承諾和聯(lián)結(jié)強(qiáng)度對潛在吸收能力有顯著正向影響,而且對現(xiàn)實吸收能力也有顯著正向影響。第四,吸收能力在聯(lián)盟關(guān)系資本與知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效關(guān)系中起部分中介作用。其中潛在吸收能力與現(xiàn)實吸收能力均在信任與知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效、承諾與知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效、聯(lián)結(jié)強(qiáng)度與知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效關(guān)系中,起到部分中介作用。第五,環(huán)境動態(tài)性在聯(lián)盟關(guān)系資本與知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效關(guān)系中起調(diào)節(jié)作用,其中,環(huán)境動態(tài)性在信任與知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效、承諾與知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效關(guān)系中起調(diào)節(jié)作用,而在聯(lián)結(jié)強(qiáng)度與知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效中的調(diào)節(jié)作用不顯著。
[Abstract]:Scientific and technological progress has gradually become the decisive factor of economic development, and technological innovation and information basis have become the main driving force of economic development. Especially after entering the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the first factor of production and a strategic resource. Is the main source of competitive advantage for enterprises. Knowledge resources are indispensable to every enterprise, especially high-tech enterprises and other knowledge-intensive enterprises. High-tech enterprise is a new enterprise group developed in recent decades. It has many characteristics different from traditional enterprises. The survival and development of high-tech enterprises depend on external sources of knowledge. The establishment of alliances is an effective means of acquiring external knowledge. Knowledge is the main source of acquiring and maintaining competitive advantage for high-tech enterprises which belong to knowledge-intensive enterprises. Only by constantly acquiring and absorbing knowledge from the outside can the knowledge transfer performance of enterprises be improved. How to quickly acquire external knowledge resources in order to improve the knowledge transfer performance of enterprises is one of the hot issues. Under this background, based on social capital theory, knowledge management theory and dynamic capability theory, based on the existing research on the performance of knowledge transfer, high-tech enterprises as the research object. Focusing on the core issue of "alliance relationship capital influences knowledge transfer performance", the relationship between alliance relational capital, absorptive capacity and knowledge transfer performance is studied in depth. Based on the existing literature, this paper constructs a theoretical model of the influence of alliance relational capital on knowledge transfer performance. In this model, relational capital is divided into three dimensions: trust, commitment and bond strength, while absorptive capacity is divided into two dimensions, namely potential absorptive capacity and realistic absorptive capacity. In this paper, the method of questionnaire survey is used to predict and analyze the small sample, and 304 large sample data are analyzed empirically. The empirical analysis tests the relationship between alliance relational capital and knowledge transfer performance, as well as the intermediary role of absorptive capacity and the adjustment of environmental dynamics. The main conclusions are as follows: first, Alliance relational capital has a significant positive impact on knowledge transfer performance. There are three dimensions in alliance relational capital: trust, commitment and bond strength. Through regression analysis, it is found that trust, commitment and connection strength have significant positive effects on knowledge transfer performance. Second, absorptive capacity has a significant positive impact on knowledge transfer performance. Potential absorptive capacity and realistic absorptive capacity have significant positive effects on knowledge transfer performance. Third, alliance relationship capital has a significant positive impact on absorptive capacity. Among them, trust, commitment and bond strength have significant positive effects on the potential absorptive capacity, and also have a significant positive impact on the actual absorptive capacity. Fourthly, absorptive capacity plays an intermediary role in the relationship between alliance relationship capital and knowledge transfer performance. Potential absorptive capacity and realistic absorptive ability play a part intermediary role in the relationship between trust and knowledge transfer performance, commitment and knowledge transfer performance, connection strength and knowledge transfer performance. Fifth, environmental dynamics plays a regulatory role in the relationship between alliance relationship capital and knowledge transfer performance, among which, environmental dynamics plays a regulatory role in trust and knowledge transfer performance, commitment and knowledge transfer performance relationship. But in the connection strength and the knowledge transfer performance the adjustment function is not remarkable.
