【摘要】：新常態(tài)下我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)需要用創(chuàng)新來(lái)為經(jīng)濟(jì)引擎提供動(dòng)力,讓創(chuàng)新引領(lǐng)中國(guó)發(fā)展。本文通過(guò)理論分析、文獻(xiàn)梳理和專家咨詢等方式,分析企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效關(guān)鍵因素;采用隨機(jī)前沿方法,以河北省為例,對(duì)河北省企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效變化態(tài)勢(shì)、演變特征和創(chuàng)新成功關(guān)鍵因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究;最后基于市場(chǎng)關(guān)鍵因素,提出提高企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的路徑和保障措施。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal, China's economic growth needs innovation to provide impetus for economic engine and let innovation lead China's development. Through theoretical analysis, literature review and expert consultation, this paper analyzes the key factors of enterprise innovation performance. Taking Hebei Province as an example, this paper makes an empirical study on the changing situation, evolution characteristics and key factors of innovation success of enterprises in Hebei Province by means of stochastic frontier method. Finally, based on the key factors of the market, the paper puts forward the path and safeguard measures to improve the innovation performance of enterprises.
