【摘要】：基于高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作框架,從產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作規(guī)模、合作水平及科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化能力3個維度構(gòu)建高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作績效評價體系。以2011-2015年中部地區(qū)的湖北、安徽、河南和湖南,發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的上海、廣東和江蘇等省市相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,采用省際間橫向比較方法,比較中部地區(qū)與發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作績效。結(jié)果顯示,發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作績效在3個維度上均好于中部地區(qū),湖北、江蘇兩省高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作績效分別在中部地區(qū)和發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)領(lǐng)先;科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化能力弱是中部地區(qū)高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作績效的制約因素。由此,針對當(dāng)前主要問題提出系統(tǒng)性改進(jìn)建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the cooperation framework of production, college and research in colleges and universities, the performance evaluation system of production, college and research cooperation in colleges and universities is constructed from three dimensions: cooperation scale, cooperation level and the ability to transform scientific and technological achievements. Based on the data of Hubei, Anhui, Henan and Hunan in the central region of 2011-2015, and Shanghai, Guangdong and Jiangsu in the developed regions, this paper compares the performance of the production, college, research and research cooperation between the central region and the developed region by using the method of horizontal comparison among provinces. The results show that the cooperation performance of universities, colleges and universities in developed regions is better than that in the central region in three dimensions, and that in Hubei and Jiangsu provinces, the cooperation performance of production, college, research and research is leading in the central region and the developed region respectively. The weak transformation ability of scientific and technological achievements is the restriction factor of the cooperation performance of production, college and research in the central region. Therefore, some suggestions for systematic improvement are put forward in view of the current major problems.
