并購(gòu)資源對(duì)技術(shù)并購(gòu)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的影響

【摘要】:技術(shù)并購(gòu)是企業(yè)獲取外部技術(shù)資源和提高自身研發(fā)能力的重要途徑。本文選取我國(guó)生物醫(yī)藥行業(yè)2011-2015年技術(shù)并購(gòu)案例,將未發(fā)生并購(gòu)的企業(yè)設(shè)置為對(duì)照組,對(duì)比分析技術(shù)并購(gòu)對(duì)并購(gòu)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的影響。接著進(jìn)一步探索并購(gòu)資源與技術(shù)并購(gòu)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的關(guān)系,通過(guò)回歸分析的方法分析并購(gòu)資源對(duì)技術(shù)并購(gòu)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效(包括創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出績(jī)效和創(chuàng)新過(guò)程績(jī)效)的影響。結(jié)論顯示:技術(shù)并購(gòu)對(duì)主并方創(chuàng)新績(jī)效整體影響為正;并購(gòu)資源對(duì)技術(shù)并購(gòu)創(chuàng)新過(guò)程績(jī)效影響為負(fù),對(duì)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出績(jī)效影響為正。
[Abstract]:Technology merger and acquisition is an important way for enterprises to acquire external technical resources and improve their R & D capabilities. This paper selects the case of Chinese biomedical industry from 2011-2015 to set the non-M & A enterprises as the control group, and analyzes the impact of technological M & A on the innovation performance of M & A enterprises. Then the relationship between M & A resources and technological M & A innovation performance is further explored, and the impact of M A resources on technological M A innovation performance (including innovation output performance and innovation process performance) is analyzed by regression analysis. The conclusion shows that the overall impact of technology merger and acquisition on innovation performance is positive, while M & A resources have negative effect on innovation process performance and positive impact on innovation output performance.
