【摘要】：卡托研究所是美國(guó)一個(gè)公共政策研究機(jī)構(gòu),同時(shí)也是一個(gè)致力于個(gè)人自由、有限政府、自由市場(chǎng)以及和平原則的智庫(kù)。美國(guó)賓夕法尼亞大學(xué)公布的《2013年全球智庫(kù)報(bào)告》關(guān)于教育政策領(lǐng)域的頂級(jí)智庫(kù)排名中,卡托研究所(Cato Institute)名列第二,2014年名列第四。在美國(guó)全球發(fā)展中心(The Center for Global Development)的智庫(kù)性能指數(shù)中排名第一,排名由績(jī)效指標(biāo)確定,如:媒體影響力、學(xué)術(shù)引用、網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用等等�？ㄍ醒芯克膶W(xué)者進(jìn)行的是獨(dú)立的、無(wú)黨派的、廣泛的政策問(wèn)題研究。本刊特約記者通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)法和訪談法等多種途徑,從該智庫(kù)的運(yùn)行概況、研究重點(diǎn)等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行呈現(xiàn),以期對(duì)我國(guó)教育智庫(kù)建設(shè)和發(fā)展有所啟示。
[Abstract]:The Cato Institute is a public policy research institute in the United States and a think-tank dedicated to individual freedom, limited government, free markets and the principles of peace. According to the 2013 Global think Tank report released by the University of Pennsylvania, Cato Institute (Cato Institute) was ranked second and fourth in 2014 on education policy. Ranked first in the Global Development Center's (The Center for Global Development) think-tank performance index, ranked by performance indicators such as media influence, academic citations, web use, and so on. Scholars at the Cato Institute are conducting independent, non-partisan, and extensive policy research. Through the methods of literature and interview, the special reporter of our journal presents the general situation of the operation of the think-tank, the research focus and so on, in order to enlighten the construction and development of the educational think-tank in our country.
