基于平衡記分卡的跨國(guó)公司企業(yè)大學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)體系構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:隨著跨國(guó)公司企業(yè)大學(xué)的蓬勃發(fā)展,評(píng)估企業(yè)大學(xué)的經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效并對(duì)其進(jìn)行發(fā)展宏觀指引和微觀調(diào)控已越來(lái)越重要。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),平衡記分卡作為有著重要影響力的戰(zhàn)略管理工具,是一個(gè)從企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理高度綜合評(píng)價(jià)企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的有效方法,通過引入平衡記分卡的財(cái)務(wù)、客戶、內(nèi)部流程、學(xué)習(xí)與成長(zhǎng)四個(gè)維度對(duì)跨國(guó)公司企業(yè)大學(xué)進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略分析,并構(gòu)建一套基于平衡計(jì)分卡的跨國(guó)公司企業(yè)大學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)體系,有助于為跨國(guó)公司企業(yè)大學(xué)的快速發(fā)展提供策略支持。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of multinational corporations' universities, it is more and more important to evaluate the performance of enterprises' universities and carry out macro-guidance and micro-control. It is found that the balanced Scorecard, as a strategic management tool with important influence, is an effective method to comprehensively evaluate the business performance of an enterprise from the perspective of strategic management. By introducing the balanced Scorecard, the financial, customer and internal processes of the balanced Scorecard are introduced. The four dimensions of learning and growth analyze the strategy of MNCs and construct a set of evaluation system of MNCs based on balanced scorecard, which is helpful to provide strategic support for the rapid development of MNCs.
