【摘要】：教師績效評價是高校體育教師管理工作中的重要環(huán)節(jié),如何在分析高校體育教師績效內(nèi)涵及實際特點的基礎上,選用合理的績效評估方法,設計有效的評估指標,量化客觀的指標權(quán)重等是高校體育教師績效評價工作迫切需要解決的問題。通過構(gòu)建層次化、多樣化的評價指標體系,將語言變量的評價集有效遷移,運用專家權(quán)重法和客觀權(quán)重法相結(jié)合,精確量化各指標的權(quán)重,確定績效評估綜合評估值或區(qū)域閾值,輸入評價數(shù)據(jù)獲得績效評價的名次序列表,從而完成對高校體育教師績效的區(qū)間精準評價。
[Abstract]:Teacher performance evaluation is an important link in the management of PE teachers in colleges and universities. On the basis of analyzing the connotation and actual characteristics of PE teachers in colleges and universities, how to select a reasonable performance evaluation method and design effective evaluation indicators. The quantitative and objective index weight is an urgent problem to be solved in the performance evaluation of PE teachers in colleges and universities. By constructing a hierarchical and diversified evaluation index system, effectively transferring the evaluation set of language variables and combining expert weight method with objective weight method, the weight of each index can be accurately quantified. Determine the comprehensive evaluation value or regional threshold value, input the evaluation data to obtain the rank and order of performance evaluation, so as to complete the accurate interval evaluation of the performance of physical education teachers in colleges and universities.
