【摘要】：針對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)城市軌道交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營(yíng)服務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)估仍是通過(guò)關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo)(KPI)來(lái)監(jiān)控,不能全面描述某一條線路/區(qū)域的運(yùn)作質(zhì)量的現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)論證分析,綜合了平衡計(jì)分卡、層次分析法與模糊綜合評(píng)估方法,建立了一套城市軌道交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營(yíng)服務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)估模型。闡述了流程建立過(guò)程和具體的實(shí)施步驟,并以廣州地鐵線網(wǎng)為例,驗(yàn)證了該評(píng)估模型的有效性和實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the service quality evaluation of urban rail transit network is still monitored by (KPI), which can not describe the operation quality of a certain line / region comprehensively, the balanced scorecard is synthesized through demonstration and analysis. A set of service quality evaluation model of urban rail transit network is established by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The process of establishing the process and the concrete implementation steps are described. The effectiveness and practicability of the evaluation model are verified by taking the Guangzhou subway network as an example.
