學(xué)習(xí)敏銳度:概念、測(cè)量、研究進(jìn)展與熱點(diǎn)爭(zhēng)議

【摘要】:學(xué)習(xí)敏銳度指?jìng)(gè)體從經(jīng)驗(yàn)中學(xué)習(xí),并將其所學(xué)運(yùn)用于新的陌生性環(huán)境的意愿和能力,其提出目的在于測(cè)評(píng)組織內(nèi)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)型人才的發(fā)展?jié)撃?為當(dāng)今處于動(dòng)態(tài)復(fù)雜商業(yè)環(huán)境下的組織鑒別未來的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者提供借鑒,F(xiàn)有實(shí)證研究已表明學(xué)習(xí)敏銳度對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)潛能辨識(shí)及晉升后績(jī)效有較好的預(yù)測(cè)效度,實(shí)踐派多認(rèn)為其亦可作為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力開發(fā)的理論與工具基礎(chǔ)。由于學(xué)習(xí)敏銳度概念的提出具有濃重的應(yīng)用管理背景,實(shí)踐應(yīng)用與理論研究并未對(duì)其有全面的一致認(rèn)識(shí),并伴有深刻的理論爭(zhēng)論。未來研究需進(jìn)一步明確學(xué)習(xí)敏銳度的概念邊界、屬性、有效的研究用測(cè)量工具及作用機(jī)制等方面。
[Abstract]:Learning acuity refers to the willingness and ability of individuals to learn from experience and apply what they have learned to new unfamiliar environments. Provide reference for identifying future leaders in today's dynamic and complex business environment. The existing empirical studies have shown that learning acuity has a good predictive validity for leadership potential identification and performance after promotion, and Paiduo believes that it can also be used as a theoretical and instrumental basis for leadership development. Because the concept of learning acuity has a strong background of applied management, the practical application and theoretical research do not have a comprehensive and consistent understanding of the concept, and there is a profound theoretical debate. In the future, it is necessary to clarify the conceptual boundary, attributes, effective measuring tools and mechanism of learning acuity.
