醫(yī)護(hù)人員工作投入與任務(wù)績效的影響因素及相互關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:目的:了解某三甲傳染病防治?漆t(yī)院醫(yī)護(hù)人員工作投入與任務(wù)績效現(xiàn)狀,分析其影響因素與相互關(guān)系,為醫(yī)院管理者提供理論依據(jù)。方法:采用綜合基本情況、中文版U-trecht工作投入量表與任務(wù)績效表的調(diào)查問卷,對該三甲?漆t(yī)院190名醫(yī)護(hù)人員進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果:(1)醫(yī)護(hù)人員工作投入與任務(wù)績效處于較高水平[(80.34±19.26)分、(37.46±4.65)分];(2)多種因素影響該?漆t(yī)院醫(yī)護(hù)人員的工作投入與任務(wù)績效水平,婚姻狀況與每周工作時長為工作投入的主要影響因素(t=2.931,P=0.004;t=-1.977,P=0.050),年齡是任務(wù)績效的主要影響因素(t=3.923,P0.05);(3)醫(yī)護(hù)人員的工作投入水平及活力維度對任務(wù)績效有正向影響。結(jié)論:醫(yī)院管理者要立足于傳染病?漆t(yī)院的特點(diǎn),完善醫(yī)院內(nèi)部管理,包括建立合理的組織支持體系、建立完善的作息時間與促進(jìn)"以老帶新"措施的開發(fā)等,以激發(fā)醫(yī)護(hù)人員的積極性與主動性,提高醫(yī)護(hù)人員的工作效率與任務(wù)績效,最終促進(jìn)醫(yī)護(hù)人員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the present situation of the work involvement and task performance of medical staff in a special hospital for the prevention and control of a type A infectious disease, and to analyze the influencing factors and the relationship between them so as to provide a theoretical basis for hospital administrators. Methods: a survey was conducted among 190 medical and nursing staff in the third A specialist Hospital by using the Chinese version of the U-trecht work engagement scale and the Task performance questionnaire. Results: (1) the work engagement and task performance of the medical and nursing staff were at a high level [(80.34 鹵19.26), (37.46 鹵4.65)], (2) many factors affected the work engagement and task performance of the medical staff in the hospital. Marital status and working hours per week were the main influencing factors of job engagement (tr 2.931). Age was the main influencing factor of task performance (tr 3.923 P 0.05); (3). The level of work engagement and the dimension of vitality of health care workers had positive effects on task performance. Conclusion: hospital managers should base themselves on the characteristics of specialized hospitals for infectious diseases, improve the internal management of hospitals, including setting up a reasonable organizational support system, establishing perfect rest time and promoting the development of measures of "taking the old with the new", etc. In order to stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of medical staff, improve the efficiency and task performance of medical staff, and finally promote the construction of medical staff.
