【摘要】：新型經(jīng)營主體是農(nóng)村土地流轉(zhuǎn)后組織農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營的主體,新型經(jīng)營主體的投資、決策、生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營水平直接決定農(nóng)村土地流轉(zhuǎn)后產(chǎn)出的效率、糧食生產(chǎn)能力、農(nóng)業(yè)市場競爭能力和可持續(xù)發(fā)展水平。本文將安徽省農(nóng)村土地流轉(zhuǎn)后調(diào)研樣本的新型經(jīng)營主體作為研究對象,在數(shù)據(jù)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本著科學(xué)性、系統(tǒng)性和綜合性的原則,構(gòu)建了涵蓋4個方面20項指標(biāo)的綜合評價體系,運用多種數(shù)理方法綜合計算各評價指標(biāo)權(quán)重,對安徽省不同類型的新型經(jīng)營主體的流轉(zhuǎn)績效進(jìn)行了全面測評,實證分析結(jié)果顯示:四種新型經(jīng)營主體中,農(nóng)業(yè)公司的土地流轉(zhuǎn)績效最高,達(dá)到86.34分,家庭農(nóng)場次之,大戶最低,為72.25分。其中,糧食綜合生產(chǎn)能力、市場競爭能力為農(nóng)業(yè)公司績效最高,可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力為專業(yè)合作社績效最高,社會發(fā)展推動能力方面則是大戶績效最高。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對各類新型經(jīng)營主體經(jīng)營績效進(jìn)行比較排序,進(jìn)而深入剖析了不同類型的新型經(jīng)營主體的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在問題,指出了發(fā)展的對策與建議。
[Abstract]:The new management subject is the main body of organizing agricultural production and management after the circulation of rural land. The investment, decision making and production and management level of the new management subject directly determine the efficiency and grain production capacity of the output after the circulation of rural land. Agricultural market competitiveness and sustainable development level. This paper takes the new management subject of the investigation sample after the rural land circulation in Anhui Province as the research object, on the basis of the data analysis, based on the principle of scientific, systematic and comprehensive. This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system covering 20 indexes in four aspects, calculates the weights of each evaluation index comprehensively by using various mathematical methods, and evaluates the circulation performance of different types of new business entities in Anhui Province in an all-round way. The results of empirical analysis show that among the four new management subjects, agricultural companies have the highest land transfer performance, with 86.34 points, family farms second and large households the lowest, with 72.25 points. Among them, the comprehensive production capacity of grain, market competition ability is the highest performance of agricultural companies, sustainable development ability is the highest performance of professional cooperatives, and social development promotion ability is the highest performance of large households. On the basis of this, this paper compares and sorts the management performance of various new types of business subjects, and then analyzes the development status and existing problems of different types of new types of business subjects, and points out the countermeasures and suggestions for the development.
