【摘要】：國家創(chuàng)新發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略下,原先簡單粗放的科研管理模式已經(jīng)不適應(yīng)時代,可將精細化管理引入到高�？蒲许椖抗芾碇�,形成符合科研規(guī)律的項目管理模式,寓管理于服務(wù)之中。高�？蒲许椖烤毣芾戆ǹ蒲兄贫�、科研項目過程和科研績效考核的精細化管理,要通過一些精細可行的措施,建立高效規(guī)范的制度,幫助高�？蒲许椖宽樌麑嵤�,推動科技創(chuàng)新進步。
[Abstract]:Under the national strategy of innovation and development, the original simple and extensive scientific research management model has not been adapted to the times, and fine management can be introduced into the management of scientific research projects in Colleges and universities to form a project management model which conforms to the law of scientific research, and the management is in the service. The fine management of scientific research projects in Colleges and universities includes the scientific research system, the process of scientific research projects and the scientific research. The fine management of the performance assessment should establish a highly efficient and standardized system through some fine and feasible measures to help the scientific research projects in Colleges and universities to carry out smoothly and promote the innovation and progress of science and technology.
