【摘要】：在推進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化的過程中,不同格局的"土地紅利"開發(fā)模式不僅直接影響"土地紅利"釋放形式,還影響著城鎮(zhèn)化行動主體的動力能動性,進(jìn)而制約著城鎮(zhèn)化績效的特點(diǎn)。通過對蘇南地區(qū)改革開放以來"土地紅利"開發(fā)模式影響下的城鎮(zhèn)化績效對比研究,指出不斷加深土地市場化程度和構(gòu)建制度化的"土地紅利"分配的博弈體系才是適應(yīng)新型城鎮(zhèn)化推進(jìn)的"土地紅利"開發(fā)模式。
[Abstract]:In the process of promoting urbanization, different patterns of "land dividend" development model not only directly affect the release form of "land dividend", but also affect the dynamic role of the main actors of urbanization, and then restrict the characteristics of urbanization performance. Through the comparative study of urbanization performance under the influence of "land dividend" development model since the reform and opening up in southern Jiangsu, It is pointed out that it is only by deepening the degree of land marketization and constructing an institutionalized game system of "land dividend" distribution that the development mode of land dividend can be adapted to the development of new urbanization.
