平衡計分卡視角下的A電商企業(yè)績效評價研究
[Abstract]:At present, people's cognition and acceptance of e-commerce are getting deeper and deeper, and the number of Internet users is increasing. E-commerce enterprise is a new type of enterprise in recent years, but up to now, a complete performance evaluation system has not been formed in our country. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop a performance evaluation system suitable for Chinese e-commerce enterprises to help them explore their core competitive advantages and improve their management and management level. Based on the theory and data collection, this paper firstly analyzes the internal and external environment faced by A e-commerce enterprise, and then makes a detailed analysis on the performance evaluation of A e-commerce enterprise. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the performance evaluation of the A e-commerce enterprises, the problems and shortcomings in the performance evaluation are found. This paper designs a performance evaluation system for A ecommerce enterprise based on balanced scorecard. In finance, customer, internal operation, learning and growth in a comprehensive evaluation of the performance of e-commerce enterprises. Secondly, the analytic hierarchy process is used to confirm the weight of the four dimensions and the specific indicators. Then, this paper chooses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the performance of A e-commerce enterprise, and formulates a set of performance evaluation system. According to the evaluation results, this paper gives some suggestions to improve the performance of A e-commerce enterprises. The research results of this paper can provide experience and reference for the evaluation of other e-commerce enterprises and other enterprises' organizational forms under the background of the rapid development of network economy.
