【摘要】：目前,我國(guó)高等教育已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了快速發(fā)展時(shí)期,為了科學(xué)客觀地評(píng)價(jià)高校教師工作,提升高校教師的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)水平,各高校迫切需要建立一套科學(xué)、高效的教師績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo)法是一種有效的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)方法和戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施工具。明確關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo)法的含義和特點(diǎn),發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo)法在高校教師績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)中的積極作用,制定關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo)法的主要內(nèi)容和實(shí)施步驟,對(duì)于科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)高校教師工作績(jī)效,持續(xù)提高人才培養(yǎng)水平具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:At present, China's higher education has entered a period of rapid development. In order to scientifically and objectively evaluate the work of university teachers and improve the performance evaluation level of university teachers, it is urgent for colleges and universities to establish a set of science. The key performance index method is an effective performance evaluation method and strategy implementation tool. This paper clarifies the meaning and characteristics of the key performance indicator method, exerts the positive role of the key performance index method in the performance evaluation of university teachers, formulates the main content and implementation steps of the key performance index method, and evaluates the work performance of university teachers scientifically. It is of great significance to continuously improve the level of talent training.
