L公司員工外部培訓滿意度提升策略研究

【摘要】:員工培訓滿意度對企業(yè)績效提升、企業(yè)發(fā)展有著重要意義,以往的公司員工培訓大多是從內部員工中選拔優(yōu)秀員工作為講師來進行的,而現在越來越多的企業(yè)在內部培訓之外,同時也選擇市場上的相對更專業(yè)的培訓機構來給員工培訓。這也是市場發(fā)展下必然產生的。本文在此背景下,以L公司為例,著重研究其員工的外部培訓滿意度。本研究的主要目的是提升L公司員工對于目前所采用外部培訓的培訓滿意度。通過對員工培訓滿意度的測評研究,從課程因素、講師因素、管理因素、服務因素四個維度進行測評和分析,并對每個維度進行細分,總共16個細分項目進行測評。通過測評找出影響員工培訓滿意度的具體因素,同時針對具體因素提出適用于L公司提升員工外部培訓滿意度的策略。綜上,本文通過對L公司員工外部培訓的滿意度的分析與研究,可幫助L公司提升員工培訓滿意度。員工培訓滿意度的提高不僅有利于員工的績效的提高,更重要的是有利于企業(yè)長期的人才培養(yǎng)開發(fā)和使用,更有利于企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和員工發(fā)展的全面進步。
[Abstract]:Employee training satisfaction is of great significance to the improvement of enterprise performance and the development of enterprises. In the past, the training of employees in companies was mostly conducted by selecting excellent employees from within as lecturers, but now more and more enterprises are outside the internal training. At the same time, we also choose more professional training institutions in the market to train our employees. This is also inevitable under the development of the market. In this context, taking L Company as an example, this paper focuses on the external training satisfaction of its employees. The main purpose of this study is to improve the employee's satisfaction with the external training. Through the evaluation of employee training satisfaction, this paper evaluates and analyzes the four dimensions of curriculum factor, lecturer factor, management factor, service factor, and subdivides each dimension, a total of 16 subdivision items are evaluated. Through the evaluation to find out the specific factors that affect the employee training satisfaction, and at the same time to put forward the strategies suitable for L company to improve the employee external training satisfaction. In summary, this paper can help L company to improve employee training satisfaction by analyzing and researching the employee's external training satisfaction. The improvement of employee training satisfaction is not only conducive to the improvement of staff performance, more importantly, it is conducive to the long-term development and use of talents, and more conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises and the overall progress of staff development.
