【摘要】：基于產(chǎn)業(yè)生命周期,運(yùn)用超效率DEA方法實(shí)證分析戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的階段性差異。結(jié)果表明,戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)在初創(chuàng)期→成長(zhǎng)期前期→成長(zhǎng)期后期→成熟期的演化過(guò)程中,其創(chuàng)新績(jī)效呈現(xiàn)逐步提高的階段性特征;產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效在成長(zhǎng)期和成熟期高于初創(chuàng)期,這主要取決于技術(shù)效率的提高,而成熟期規(guī)模效率的下降則制約了其創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的顯著提升。
[Abstract]:Based on the industry life cycle, this paper empirically analyzes the stage difference of innovation performance of strategic emerging industries by using the method of super efficiency DEA. The results show that the innovation performance of strategic emerging industries is gradually improved in the evolution process of early and late mature period, and the industrial innovation performance is higher in growth and maturity period than in initial stage. This mainly depends on the improvement of technical efficiency, while the decline of scale efficiency in mature period restricts the remarkable improvement of its innovation performance.
