【摘要】：采用文獻(xiàn)資料、專家咨詢、實地考察、問卷調(diào)查等研究方法,運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代教育管理、卓越績效管理等理論,分析了我國民航飛行大學(xué)生航空體育課程體系構(gòu)建研究的歷史沿革及現(xiàn)狀,探討了我國民航飛行大學(xué)生身心智和諧發(fā)展航空體育課程體系構(gòu)建的必要性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建創(chuàng)新出"6大體系""4大循環(huán)"飛行大學(xué)生身心智和諧發(fā)展航空體育課程體系。即:航空體育課程目標(biāo)決策體系、設(shè)置培養(yǎng)體系、組織運(yùn)行管理體系、實施日常支持體系、運(yùn)行基礎(chǔ)保障體系、評估監(jiān)督評價體系和航空體育課程體系第1循環(huán)、第2循環(huán)、第3循環(huán)、第4循環(huán)。并通過實驗研究證明對提升飛行學(xué)院大學(xué)生體質(zhì)、身體素質(zhì)和健康水平具有一定的促進(jìn)作用。旨在為豐富我國民航飛行大學(xué)生航空體育課程體系構(gòu)建創(chuàng)新理論研究提供參考,為相關(guān)決策部門制定我國民航院校體育課程體系,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生身心智和諧發(fā)展提供借鑒依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Using literature, expert consultation, field investigation, questionnaire survey and other research methods, using modern education management, excellence performance management and other theories, This paper analyzes the historical evolution and present situation of the research on the construction of aviation physical education curriculum system for civil aviation flight students in China, and probes into the necessity of constructing the aviation sports course system for the civil aviation flight students in our country to develop their body, mind and intelligence harmoniously. On the basis of this, the course system of "6 systems" and "4 cycles" flight students' body, mind, intelligence and harmonious development of aeronautical physical education is constructed and innovated. Namely: aviation sports curriculum objective decision-making system, setting up training system, organizing and running management system, implementing daily support system, running basic guarantee system, evaluating supervision and evaluation system and aviation physical education curriculum system 1st cycle and 2nd cycle. Cycle 3, cycle 4. Through the experimental study, it is proved that it can promote the physique, physical quality and health level of the college students. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for enriching the theoretical research on the construction of the aeronautical physical education curriculum system for civil aviation students in China, for the relevant decision-making departments to formulate the physical education curriculum system of civil aviation colleges in China, and to promote the harmonious development of the students' body, mind and intelligence.
