【摘要】：近年來我國社會組織積極參與公共服務,但各類社會組織參與效果有所不同,同時,社會各界也缺乏對社會組織提供公共服務績效水平的客觀科學衡量方法。為此,選取多層次模糊分析法構(gòu)建了一套多層次評估體系,用于評估科技社團公共服務供給績效水平,并對武漢市科技社團進行了實證分析。結(jié)合實證模型結(jié)果,深入探析了當前武漢市科技社團公共服務供給的績效水平及現(xiàn)實困境,并有針對性地提出了對策與建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's social organizations actively participate in public services, but all kinds of social organizations participate in different effects. At the same time, social organizations also lack objective and scientific methods to measure the performance of social organizations in the provision of public services. Therefore, the multi-level fuzzy analysis method is selected to construct a set of multi-level evaluation system, which is used to evaluate the performance of public service supply in scientific and technological communities, and an empirical analysis is carried out on the scientific and technological organizations in Wuhan. Based on the results of empirical model, this paper probes into the performance level and practical difficulties of the public service supply of scientific and technological associations in Wuhan, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
