【摘要】："虛擬養(yǎng)老院"運(yùn)用智能信息技術(shù)整合、配置和調(diào)度社會(huì)分割離散的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)資源,為老年人提供方便、快捷和到位的養(yǎng)老服務(wù),相對(duì)于實(shí)體養(yǎng)老院,服務(wù)更加高效,有利于減輕家庭養(yǎng)老成本,改善老年人養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體驗(yàn),是我國"智慧養(yǎng)老"模式的新探索。受制于我國服務(wù)社會(huì)化總體水平不足,當(dāng)前,"虛擬養(yǎng)老院"發(fā)展正遭遇政府財(cái)政支出壓力大、市場(chǎng)主體參與意向低、服務(wù)質(zhì)量提升難度高等"瓶頸"制約,亟需從服務(wù)主體、服務(wù)供給、服務(wù)運(yùn)行、服務(wù)資源配置和服務(wù)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)等方面探析"瓶頸"根源,圍繞服務(wù)社會(huì)化水平提升,從提高"虛擬養(yǎng)老院"服務(wù)平臺(tái)自身運(yùn)作水平、擴(kuò)大"虛擬養(yǎng)老院"服務(wù)對(duì)象范圍、改進(jìn)"虛擬養(yǎng)老院"服務(wù)質(zhì)量等方面尋找"虛擬養(yǎng)老院"發(fā)展"瓶頸"破解之策,提高"虛擬養(yǎng)老院"服務(wù)供給能力,提高我國老年人養(yǎng)老保障水平。
[Abstract]:The "virtual nursing home" uses intelligent information technology to integrate, configure and dispatch the discrete social resources of pension services, and provide convenient, fast and in place old-age care services for the elderly. Compared with the physical nursing homes, the services are more efficient. It is a new exploration of the mode of "intelligent old-age support" in our country, which is beneficial to reduce the cost of family pension and improve the experience of old-age service for the elderly. At present, the development of "virtual nursing home" is confronted with the "bottleneck" such as the pressure of government financial expenditure, the low intention of participating in the market, the difficulty of improving the service quality, and so on, so it is urgent for the development of "virtual nursing home" to be restricted by the service subject. In the aspects of service supply, service operation, service resource allocation and service performance evaluation, this paper explores the source of "bottleneck", and promotes the level of service socialization by improving the operation level of "virtual nursing home" service platform. To expand the scope of virtual nursing home service, to improve the service quality of virtual nursing home and to find solutions to solve the bottleneck in the development of "virtual nursing home", and to improve the service supply capacity of "virtual nursing home". We will raise the level of old-age security for the elderly in China.
