【摘要】：要在激烈的市場競爭環(huán)境中生存下去,企業(yè)的人力資源管理尤為重要,而績效管理是人力資源管理的核心�？冃Ч芾硎枪芾碚吆蛦T工共同參與制定企業(yè)績效計劃,通過績效實施以及評估反饋的系統(tǒng)過程的體系�？冃Ч芾硎遣粩嗵岣邆�人,部門和組織績效的工具。本文對國內(nèi)外績效管理研究現(xiàn)狀進行分析,介紹了績效管理的相關(guān)理論。從績效起源、績效分類以及影響因素做了相關(guān)的闡述,對績效管理的概念,內(nèi)涵以及績效評估也做了相應(yīng)的描述,同時介紹了績效管理體系的各個過程。通過研究JK公司的績效管理并結(jié)合其所處光伏行業(yè)的特點,指出JK公司在當前的績效管理中存在的不足,研究、設(shè)計和優(yōu)化適合其發(fā)展階段的績效管理模式。指出JK公司目前績效管理存在的三個問題,即:績效評估等同于績效管理;公司戰(zhàn)略KPI設(shè)置不合理、不全面,沒有按照SMART的原則來設(shè)計以及員工離職率一直處于較高的水平。針對這三個問題給出優(yōu)化JK公司的KPI設(shè)計,以及根據(jù)設(shè)計的方案給出實施和評估的方法,建立合理有效的績效管理體系。同時提出了績效管理需要改進的方面,以實現(xiàn)公司的戰(zhàn)略目標,促進員工的成長,使公司能夠繼續(xù)發(fā)展并保持行業(yè)前沿。
[Abstract]:In order to survive in the fierce market competition environment, the human resource management of enterprises is particularly important, and performance management is the core of human resources management. Performance management is a systematic process in which managers and employees participate in the formulation of enterprise performance plans through performance implementation and feedback evaluation. Performance management is a tool to continuously improve the performance of individuals, departments and organizations. This paper analyzes the current situation of performance management at home and abroad, and introduces the relevant theories of performance management. From the origin of performance, performance classification and influencing factors, this paper describes the concept, connotation and performance evaluation of performance management. At the same time, it introduces the process of performance management system. By studying the performance management of JK Company and combining the characteristics of its photovoltaic industry, this paper points out the shortcomings of JK Company in the current performance management, and studies, designs and optimizes the performance management model suitable for its development stage. The paper points out that there are three problems in the performance management of JK, that is, the performance evaluation is equal to the performance management, the KPI of the company strategy is not reasonable and comprehensive, it is not designed according to the principle of smart, and the employee turnover rate is always in a high level. Aiming at these three problems, the KPI design of JK Company is optimized, and a reasonable and effective performance management system is established according to the method of implementation and evaluation. At the same time, the aspects of performance management need to be improved in order to achieve the strategic objectives of the company, promote the growth of employees, enable the company to continue to develop and maintain the forefront of the industry.
